We liked the cozy area where the hot breakfast is served and the nice jacuzzi and pool to swim and relax. Having 24 hour access to a nearby fitness center was great. Carly, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel in Park Rapids, MN

The Indoor courtyard Was a unique feature of this property. Was nice sitting around a table in comfy couches playing cards.

Terrible front desk, no elevator

The enclosed central courtyard is absolutely charming. So much comfortable seating groups nicely spaced out. Sofas and chairs, high tops, and patio table and chair sets surrounded by birch trees. Courtyard rooms open directly to the space giving access to additional space to visit or play games. Pool adjoins which is wonderful. Breakfast included - and being able to eat in the courtyard (vs the usual small, crowded hotel mini cafeteria) was lovely. The room was spacious, the desk much larger than I’ve seen in standard hotels. I’d definitely recommend this property.

The location of the property was perfect for the activities we had planned. There was free parking for hotel guests but it was a hard to find a spot during games & the peak times at the onsite restaurant. (Overall it wasn't a huge issue because there's a parking garage next to the hotel). There were plenty of breakfast options & the attendants kept it clean & well stocked. The evening front desk receptionist was friendly & accommodating. He had great suggestions for activities & restaurants in the area! In the evenings there was a complimentary "Happy Hour" with drinks, chips, pretzels, popcorn, etc available. We would definitely stay here again!
