I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her.

Clean and comfortable rooms. We checked in late the desk clerk was amazing and extremely helpful for some exhausted guests.

The hotel looked nice enough and we read good things prior to our trip. We got a block of rooms for a conference we were hosting and used this as our “suggested option”. We will NOT do that again.
The rooms were damp the entire time - no matter how low or strong we turned the AC on. I was hoping it was only my room but I later heard all of my colleagues had the same issue. The floor was sticky, my papers (work trip) were wet in the morning, my glasses were foggy with moisture each morning. I requested a fan & was told they do not offer fans.
I’ve never experienced a new and nice looking hotel have such an underperforming HVAC system in a first world country. Maybe traveling to an island or something. But DC is far from that…..

We had a great experience. The hotel shuttle was not only offered for airport trips and the convention location, but also to a metro station and shopping/dining area.

I expected better. The Marriott was okay because as a rewards member Ive experienced excellence. The gym was outdated, dated equipment, filthy carpet and scaley walls, plus the pool was closed for renovations

There were some issues with the system to check in when I got to the hotel, but the staff was very accommodating and considerate. I would gladly stay there again and would recommend my friends and family to stay here when visiting DC.

Overall Great property and its close to metro and places to shop or eat. Its also cost friendly which helps it stand out. I can tell the building is due for some renovations but its clean which is the most important thing . I highly recommend.

Airport shuttle does not run after 9:30pm. Unfortunately my flight delay caused me to miss the free service. Uber estimate was $45 glad I took a chance on taxi based on the billboard estimate. From DCA to hotel was $25 actual.

We were greeted by Junior. He was very polite. The room was clean. I only spent one night there. The only complaint was that no matter what we set the air temperature on the room still remained warm.

Loved our stay at this place. Only time we had a problem was the cleaning staff skipped our room one day and we had to go down and get more towels. Desk staff was more than helpful with this
