Hotels are limited in Toulouse. This one is near the airport and requires a 5 minute walk to the rail system, a 20 minute ride to the metro and a 5 minute metro to reach city center, but it costs less that 4 euros round trip. The room was as described and met our needs. That's really what a hotel room is supposed to do.

Overall the Hotel is quite nice. We all slept pretty well for a 1 night stay and it’s a decent place. My main gripe is that the day before I got an email saying the airport shuttle wasn’t running on the weekends (with no further explanation or apology). So I had to pay an extra 20 euros to get a cab with a grumpy driver. Given it is an Airport hotel it’s a bit poor to drop the shuttle service.

We checked in at 9:00 PM on a Friday night and they only had one girl working the checkin and bar area and assisting in the restaurant. She was very nice but unfortunately slow with all that she was doing.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the onsite bar and restaurant - both of which were closed due to chronic understaffing - there was only 1 person on duty for the whole front of house.

We had very little toilet paper in the room and it wasn't refilled. We had also requested non - feathered pillows due to an allergy, because there was a complimentary pillow menu on each room that stated we could choose our own pillows. We requested them but were told there weren't any available and never heard back. Other than that, it was fairly enjoyable.. Appreciate the free parking and free breakfast for our kids.

Amazing , clean, sound proof property, this is a place where I will definitely come back. Not sure why we need to pay for parking if we stay in the hotel and not if we just come to the restaurant in my mind it should be the opposite but that aside this property is really good !

Very happy with stay. Only problem, and a big one: we reserved the shuttle to the airport, but when we showed up, it was never on the list and there was no staff to take us. We had to wait for staff to arrive. This is obviously considerable stress and the very last experience as we leave the hotel.
The second bed in the room is very uncomfortable and not practical; worst hide-a-bed I have seen. You should try it.
Everything else was great, restaurant, etc.

Very welcoming, our room was lovely, excellent food in the restaurant. The pool area was also very well kept and we enjoyed it. Our flight home had been cancelled due to BA computer glitches, this more than made up for it.

Was surprised to find, not only a clean, comfortable and cozy room, but also the details other hotels offer to any longer, like coffee machine in the rooms to prepare tees, coffees or chocolate, lime in the bathroom, and a very convenient present for the children. The swimming pool was cool , well decorated and very nice to have during our stay considering the temperatures. The hotel is well located if you need something next to the airport. They even have shuttle and bikes for rent. Of course WIFi is also free for guests.
