DO NOT stay here. The room that they gave me and my family smelled of cat urine and feces. They tried to over the smell with some sort of cleaner. It smelled like a porta-potty. Bathroom was dirty tub black smears and large patched holes and cracks(RM 325) . Requested a refund through Expedia and both were not willing to give a refund. When I decided to not stay the manager Shawn whom I spoke with upon leaving stated that I had to go through Expedia to request a refund because he could not do from his end due to the booking was through a 3rd party… when Expedia tried to contact vendor they refused refund. Very disappointing and even more disappointed with Expedia for recommending with a 7 rating and would not even compensate at least half of the money or credit I lost. We only booked to stay one night and this place was not even safe or clean enough to just stay the night. Do not recommend this place.

You get what you're paying

Nice to have a cheaper option. Coffee and hot chocolate around the clock. We had trouble with a bed being loose one night but it was repaired the next day when we brought it to their attention.

Employees were inattentive and property had no air conditioning

The bed was so squeaky, every time I moved it squeaked so loud. I heard a bed squeaking either in one of the rooms next to me, or the room above me. The person just got out of bed to go use the bathroom. The toilet did not flush properly. When I flushed it, the water went down, but none of the toilet paper did. There was a plunger in the bathroom, so I plunged the toilet, but that did not help. I went out to the front desk, because there was no phone in the room and told the man at the desk. He said maintenance doesn't come in until tomorrow, but he will let a note for him about it. The breakfast here is usually very good, a lot of variety. Today it was muffins, and bagels. The parking lot is not lit very much. It's very dark. I love that they have good pillows. And they give 4 or 5.

Hotel and staff was great but I had a problem with payment as there comformation said that the wasn’t paid for so I had to pay for the again and then spend over 45 minutes on the phone trying get a refund that I have to wait 7 to10 days for from Expedia .

Wifi was terrible. Room was not cleaned well. People did not care.

A little old but clean. Breakfast was good.

Stay was fine , floor in room seemed a bit sticky. No ice machine /no vending machine. Nothing to write home about but got the job done

The building was old and could use updating. Cleanliness was not a priority there.

Did not enjoy my stay

Our car was broken into in the parking lot. Police reported that it was an attempt to steal the car. Steering column was ripped apart and back window smashed. This happened somewhere between 2am and 8am. Another car with NY plates had window smashed as well. The car alarm was going off the entire time as the battery was dead from it. NO ONE at the front desk noticed or attempted to find out who owned the car. They do not have cameras and it is 2024. When my husband asked them to call the police, they were NOT helpful and just handed him the phone. The police were extremely helpful and swabbed the car for DNA. They said that this is a regular occurrence and they get these calls every morning which makes us wonder if the hotel staff is somehow "overlooking" what is happening. DO NOT STAY HERE! The shower was filthy, carpet and moldings in hallways were ripped. This was a last minute booking as my son's team won and advanced n a baseball tournament.

This was a basic hotel. We needed to find a room quickly and it was sufficient. The hotel a bit older but the service is outstanding.

The carpet and walls in the hallway were very dirty. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty.

Visiting for our grandson's 1st birthday. Short distance to our daughter's house. Very friendly staff. Comfy bed and good shower. Thanks for helping make a 1st birthday great!

The staff is very kind .

The price was exceptional and I know you get what you pay for. However, we booked a suite to sleep 5 but only had pillows for 4. When we called and asked for a pillow for the sofa bed we were told no. We also asked for towels as there was only a det up for 2 people. Again, there was 5 so we needed 3 more. Never got them. Why would we even need to ask? If you accepted thr booking for 5, why wouldnt thr room be set up for 5. We had to request bedding for the sofa bed. We received a ckmforter but no extra sheet to cover with.

Only thing good about this property wasthe free breakfast. This hotel is in need of a upgrade badly. The smell of smoke thru out the hotel was ridiculous😫

this property is quiet

I dont recommend. Its loud and noisey, some of the staff is beyond rude very nosey. Drug addicts in the parking lot and hotel. The room next to me was constantly having people up and down in hus room all night at all hours

It’s a good place if you don’t wanna spend much money but sleep in a clean room.
