I didn't like anything

The room was different from the photos on the Booking.com app. I paid for the reservation on the app, when I arrived at the hotel, my card was swiped four times, and I paid the amount 4 times. I spent a long time at reception trying to resolve this. when we were in the room, a person tried to enter because they thought it was unoccupied, they did not notify the reception that we were in the room. The bedroom curtain does not close and leaves a lot of light in the room, the shower is horrible, and I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

How I called and they said they couldn't find my reservation. Then they or booking took 94$ out my account and no one seems to know what's going on

The staff was GREAT! They were very helpful.

The staff is great but the rooms are completely disgusting. Thankfully they had clean linen and towels. The breakfast was granola bars, not what you expected.

Laundry facilities. Free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast.

bed was super small and barely any blankets, all there was was a thin sheet, and 3 pillows. no coffee maker in the room either…over all it was dingy and not nice
