When I got my deposit back and left

I didn't like the fact that the elevator didn't work and they put us on the second floor so I had to carry my bags and baby and stroller up to the second floor, the toilet was backed up and we had to leave our room and go to another one

It’s was good

The breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable!

The elevator had a weird smell and the lights in the dining area kept flickering.

Wonderful hotel

Everything was exceptional

The bed was comfortable and size of the room was nice.

I liked everything nothing to complain about

The hotel is on a main route- very loud and tough to sleep. I paid for 3 night stay and only made it one night ( I am not “boujie” in anyway- I go camping in a tent). After waiting about 10 mins to get checked in with a cranky toddler (the front desk guy had to make himself coffee) we got to our bedroom. The place was filthy… rugs and room had a foul odor. My toddler ran around in footsie pajamas and the bottoms were black. We tried to make it work, upon waking up the sheets were obviously messy and there were dirty sheets under the top sheet as if the cleaning people put a sheet over it (we are hoping this was the case) we did get a refund for the other 2 nights we were supposed to stay. When I asked to check out early - the manager asked why. I told him about the dirtiness of the room and how I couldn’t do another night. The guy said “ok” and completed the necessary paperwork. There was no “i’m sorry” or “how can I help/ make your stay better”. I’m assuming a lot of complaints have been made about this same situation. Absolutely terrible-
