Grand Hyatt and its staff was so helpful and wonderful. The best hospitality we have experienced so far. Thank you Grand Hyatt São Paulo team!

We (family of 4; kids aged 15 & 9) stayed 5 nights between Christmas & New Year's Eve - 2 rooms on the 22nd floor (2221 & 2209). We had a very late check-in, but had communicated this in advance to the hotel so this was no problem at all for Reception to handle. We upgraded ourselves to the Club Lounge upon arrival. The rooms were big and very comfortable, with a large ensuite. The large glass window/wall provided an excellent view out over the rest of the city. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was a little limited, but the service was excellent and eggs/omelette could be tailored to suit. Breakfast is also served in the ground floor restaurant (although we didn't try this during our stay). The outdoor pool area is very nice (although the street noise from over the wall is noticeable & he pool temperature is a bit colder than I think is preferable). Unlimited towels & plenty of sunbeds, as well as a bar make it very enjoyable to relax there. The service though is what made our say so good. None of the staff have problems speaking English (a clear distinction with the rest of Brazil) and they ae very friendly & helpful.

The staff was fantastic, from the very first moment, after a mix-up with airport transportation. They took wonderful care of us. The room was very clean. We ate often at the hotel restaurant, which had a wonderful buffet of Brazilian food. The entire staff was kind and accommodating, and eased our fears about our lack of Portuguese. We got great recommendations and help with taxi transportation around the city, and the concierge desk was super helpful with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the food was great! The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay; special thanks to Joáo, Aryane, Guillermo, and all of lobby staff!

Great 5-star hotel. Only there is no USB outlet for charging my mobile in the room. Very surprised as it is a MUST nowadays! Also, it would be nice if there is salad at the breakfast buffet. All others are very good.

Excellent hotel facility, great location and beautiful room views of the city. Lovely customer service, all staff are very sweet and polite. The restaurant manager is wonderful and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again on our next stay in São Paulo. Highly recommend it.

Excellent hôtel ! Super nice staff (check-in, check-out, restaurant or lounge) very professional and attentive to their clients. Large room and great view - loved the bathroom ! Really clean room and super quiet. Great location and conviennent to any road connection. I can’t recommend more this hotel in São Paulo. Thank you for hosting me.

Good location, big rooms and comfy bed.

I have been staying at this Hyatt since he opened almost 20 years ago. It was wonderful.Now it’s showing it’s age and o top of that the cleaning is disappointing. One day i left at 7 and came back at 20 and they didn’t clean the room. The other day they clean but forget to take out the trash…

Good hotel, it will be a great one if they had a small market for snacks and beverages and a kids club.

Most staff could communicate in English. Everyone was extremely helpful especially Edson!

The staff was friendly but it was a very busy hotel so there were frequently lines and a wait just to ask them a simple question.

Beautiful area, view over the bridge is magnificent. Walkable to for my work. Big and modern room. Only thing is I don't have my transformer and I can only plug my PC. Hard to recharge devices.

This hotel is clean, bright and luxurious. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast is particularly good - everything you can think of is on offer and there is even an egg station. There is a lovely outdoor area with pool and the gym is excellent. It is also centrally located so it is easy to get around the city. Highly recommended.

The property is very well kept, and the apartment is very spacious. Do mind to request breakfast included as you won't want to walk outside to look for breakfast. The staff is very well trained and attentive to details. The check in and check out process was very quick and smooth. Sometimes there are events in the Hotel that might be somewhat invasive or disturbing, especially regarding the elevators waiting time.

My stay is a very good one. Both swimming pools are incredible and the food variable.

We had an excellent stay at hyatt sao paulo. Breakfast was very good. Easy check in/out. Would come back.
