Beautiful hotel and rooms, walking distance to all city attractions only negative was there was no furniture on the balcony but would stay here again without doubt!

Room was overall clean!
The pillows were terrible we couldn’t sleep on them they were lumpy & cheap.
Breakfast was average & very questionable hygiene routine at breakfast service,
I witnessed used cutlery being left on the table for the next group. Also went to get a new set of cutlery and the cutlery “space” was terrible there was food stuck to the forks and waiters just scratched it off and put on the tables. I left breakfast feeling little sick after witnessing these events.

Room was lovely and facilities great. Area of improvement would be luggage handling. The front desk staff watched me struggle with 2 sets of bags both at check in and check out. No one offered to assist. No one offered to call a taxi when leaving. Found this very unusual as not experienced that other hotels i stay at

A very nice hotel in the heart of Adelaide. The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable....the bed was lovely and firm! Bathroom has nice big tub AND a shower!! Our booking included breakfast which was a hot buffet with lots to chose from and excellent coffee! We had dinner inthe hotel restaurant 'Tutto'....great italian style food and good value for a hotel restaurant. My only issue was we were told by the receptionist at the hotel that we did not need to book a table....you do....especially on a weekend, they fitted us in luckily but were turning people away after us who had not booked! All in all a very nice stay at The Peppers Waymouth!

Great location friendly staff however had 2 sleepless nights the worst bed to sleep on the street noise is to loud and the buffet breakfast doesn't include coffee you get charged for this is,

The only thing that would have made our stay a more peaceful experience was that there was no children jumping in and out of the pool the whole time we were teying to relax.

We stayed as a couple and enjoyed the deluxe room with a small Balcony. There was building going on next door but we couldn’t hear a thing which was great. The room is very comfortable and updated. Huge bathroom and very comfy king bed

Excellent location! Fantastic service. Restaurant and Breakfast Buffet - both terrific! Pool, Sauna and spa were a great bonus. Room was exceptionally clean, and spacious. We would definitely stay again. Great for families. Less than 5 minutes to walk to China Town and Central Market. Highly Recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff, great size room with modern marble bath and balcony. The indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym facilities were excellent. Breakfast buffet never disappointed and the onsite Tutto Cucina was simply amazing. Thank you Peppers, have already recommended to our friends!

Overall another very good stay. Unfortunately yet again no rewards / upgrades offered. Service was very good. Shame there is no option to recycle plastics and papers in room or on the floor area.

My room was very clean and very nice.
Their open bath space is unique and I like it. I thought shower head's position is a little lower than usual. So you might can't get shower from top of your head if you are more taller than 6 foot. No exhaust fan in shower room (🤔?) but steam didn't come out to bed room as I guess exhaust fan in toilet is enough good for that. I wish there was lighting in toilet.
Bed and pillow were very comfortable.
Their curtains are very nice and blocked sun light out. So we could slept in.
We stayed only one night this time but I would like to come back and stay more longer next time.

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed, nothing was any trouble and the free room upgrade was lovely! The room was beautiful, loved the two zones and the lounge and bed was very comfortable! Breakfast the following morning was really nice and the staff were very attentive. All round great stay, and would certainly recommend and stay again
