Spectacular place to stay in Ottawa. You won't be disappointed with this hotel.

We didn’t want to leave. It was quiet, comfortable, staff was amazing. We made a night out of an event at Landsdowne and stayed for a little get away. The only issue we found was the elevators being so small, it was a little uncomfortable when there were 5 people in it. We are already planning to come back again as soon as we can.

Desk staff at check-in were very friendly and down to earth. Room/suite was spacious, and while somewhat outdated, it was very clean so I did not mind. Neighbourhood is convenient - restaurants, ATMs, bus routes, etc. I would certainly stay here again!

We've stayed at this hotel before, but it was a few years ago. It's old, not really updated but for what it lacks in the modern room, it makes up for in comfort and room efficiency. We did a king bed suite which was amazingly affordable and the room was awesome. The bathroom was good with amenities and the kitchen was perfect. Apartment size fridge for our 3 day stay and stove and microwave which we didn't use much, but was nice to have when we needed it. Balcony was really nice and the big tv being hung from the ceiling was a great space saver! We also had a double lazyboy loveseat in the room, sooooo comfortable and nice after a long day, just like home! The only reason it wasn't a perfect stay is the bed was not great.....but we survived!

This is my 3rd stay here and I will not stay anywhere else in Ottawa. The rooms are spacious and very clean, everything you need is there or offered. On site free laundry is a great perk as well. Area can’t be beat, lots of small restaurants close by, walking distance to the market, parliament and Rideau center.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The continental breakfast was better than any I’ve ever seen before. So many options, choco milk, milk, juice, water etc. they not only had a meat and egg option every day but pre-made breakfast sandwiches bacon/sausage/ham. They have to go snack packs for the day. Unlimited water and juice once the kitchen closes. For lengthier stays you can opt out of housekeeping and save $10 per day. They have carts in the hall to help yourself to toiletries, towels etc. 6 pillows on the bed, and an additional 6 in the closet. I really enjoy not having to ask for things and then wait around for someone to bring them up. More hotels should be like this. Options of above or below ground parking. If they run out, they reimburse you for more expensive parking elsewhere. Large suites for a great price. I’ve never been so impressed. Great customer service, the front desk staff were not only kind but engage with you in friendly conversation.

Beautiful and very clean hotel in the heart of Ottawa. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, staff very helpful and serviceminded.

My wife and I stayed with our baby for a one-night stay. Staff were very helpful and allowed us a late checkout and accomodations with our baggage. Suites were clean and comfortable.

Amazing attention to details. Would warmly recommend for short and also very long atays. This hotel is perfect if you are looking near all city centers places. Would take an hour to list the qualities of this hotel. Perfect room, perfect bathroom, superb living room and complete kitchen. There were even air purifyier and 2 TVs. You can work at the computer desk without disturbing the person in the sleeping room. We loved it and will return there next time we visit Ottawa.

I appreciated the parking lot in the heart of downtown, although it was expensive. Checking in was a breeze, and the breakfast was amazing.
However, I didn't like it for the following reasons:
- staff were bossy and less approachable.
- The room was big, but it was so stuffy that I woke up around 2 am and sensed an old smell from the room. I couldn't go back to sleep.
- It was all curtained; there was no natural light. It was stuffy because these rooms never got fresh air from outside. All these fans and ventilation tools circulate the same air inside. I hate this stuffed and suffocating air.

Great location. Big suite. Older place but in good condition. Fabulous free breakfast. Free laundry. Good wifi. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room supplies in cabinets at the end of hallways so easy to restock. Great location on Elgin. Balcony for each room. Tv system was a bit slow and clunky. Probably could use some upgrades to cable boxes.

Excellent stay, this was like having our own condo. We were within walking distance to the parliament buildings or it was a short Uber ride if we only felt like walking 1 way. We were right in the centre of all the stores one would need for convenience. The breakfast was amazing! The laundry was so handy & they even had the fancy upright steam cleaner! At the end of each hallway guests could replenish anything they might need as you have the choice to opt out of housekeeping and save 10.00 a day. They had a great deal on parking as well though we didn’t need it. The staff in all areas were outstanding, in particular Peter at the front desk & Zeel who was also very helpful. And cleanliness was a priority, yes I’d stay again!

Excellent customer service. Room was also very clean and had all things I needed. I needed to print documents and most of the places were already closed, but to my surprise, I found a printer in the room ready to use. My overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend to others.

This hotel is a gem with a reasonable price point! It must have been an apartment at one time, our room had a small kitchen and living area. The community it's in is amazing with many restaurants and bars however it was quiet during the night. The free breakfast, albeit very busy had what you needed to start your day. FREE laundry facilities that included soap and dryer sheets. It was perfect for us since we had quite a bit of travel coming up. I would stay here in a heartbeat and will recommend to friends and family.

I Stay with the Bussiness Inn and Suites 3-4 times a year for a few days per visit. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. The hotel has everything you could possibly want to feel at home. It is my first choice every time I book a trip to Ottawa.

The hotel is well-maintained but outdated. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby, and my room smelled like fried food. The staff was very helpful, polite, and welcoming.

The rooms are like a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster, fridge and stove, dining table and large room fully furnished. They are very quiet and I didn’t hear any hallway noise. There’s also a large patio and lots of windows with blackout curtains. . A full breakfast with lots of options including hot food is provided. The staff was very friendly. There are so many restaurants within one block and a 24 hour convenience store across the street. It’s a short 10 to 15 minute walk to Parliament Hill and Rideau shopping centre. I didn’t have a car, so I’m not sure about the parking. I’d definitely stay here again!
