My husband and I spent two weeks in a one-bedroom apartment in July 2024. The unit was large and nice overall. The property is also well located, allowing good access to restaurants and public transportation. However, we were disappointed with the malfunctioning air conditioning system. Despite our complains, the issue was not solved and the situation got even worse when the summer heat increased.

There are a couple of quirks at an otherwise terrific property.
There is a side entrance/exit for suitcases, so don't struggle up the stairs to the lobby entrance.
The room we were given was not ready, and the safe was inoperable, so we switched rooms, and everything was ok going forward.
We were able to use the laundry on level minus 3 but the power kept failing repeatedly while drying clothes.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful with a professional attitude.
The area is not the very best but a quick transfer via 95 bus to Grand Place, or the Bru train to Midi/South for the SNCB or SNCF are easy ways to visit Ghent/Bruges and Paris/Lille for a day trip.
We enjoyed Bruges and Lille more than Brussels and Paris.
Nice restaurant nearby in the square called Vester. Also good sandwich shop nearby called The Poet.

Great location, lots of room, exceptional bargain! We arrived after hours and the front desk came to greet us, had all our paperwork ready, and got us quickly to our room--all with a smile!

Check-in was not that good. I had to find the correct ring bell. After ringing the bell, a few minutes passed so a lady came to attend me. Parking is another negative point. To find the correct slot was incredibly a challenge (I saw other people with the same problem). All in all, the apartment was clean, with good space, bed and sofa already prepared for our stay. Maybe some coffee/tea and cleaning stuff could be included (sponge, more dish washer soap, etc). Transport: bus is 100m and brings you to the core of the town, with a bus every 5 to 10 minutes. I would come back anyway.

Perfect location for european parliament and nearby venues. clean, spacious and quiet. bedding was quite basic.

We had a really nice stay at Thon. The apt.has everything we need. Train station is 2 mins away and the Metro station is about 10 mins walk. Cafes and restaurants are all near by, very convenient. We walked back from Central station area to apt. after dinner/ visits a few times. The walk is about 30 mins.

Amazing apartment in Brussels. Beautifully furnished. Very comfortable. All amenities available in kitchen such as dishes, cookware, silverware etc. Area very quiet. Lovely surroundings and close to dining and subway and sightseeing.

Really lovely apartment. Staff were very helpful. Only 10 minute walk to the Metro and 20 minutes into town. Food available nearby. We would highly recommend.

Hotel advertises a pool. However it turns out the pool is in a nearby hotel and you pay a 10euro fee to go there.
Gym also at nextdoor hotel, but at least no fee.

It was a good base for a week in Belgium. It was freezing when we arrived and the minimal blankets provided did little to heat up the apartment. The heaters were very inefficient. The following day, we asked for more blankets and that helped the situation. Since we were self-catering we made use of the kitchen often. The cooking implements were minimal but worked. Knives were quite ineffective, but once again, we made do. We enjoyed the space overall but there is definitely a lack of attention to the details.

We had a good time. The room was very good and adequate. Facilities very good and appropriate.
The low side is that whilst we have double bed, only single duvets were provided. This is bad as it did not go well for me amd my wife to sleep under 2 different duvets on our wedding anniversary.

I stayed in a great one bed apartment and it had everything and more than I needed. The location is great for anyone visiting the European Parliament and is close enough to the metro for exploring further afield.

Tha apartament was very big with an spacious living room nice terrace and two well size bedrooms both with queen beds. Proper kitchen and with all working appliances. This place is perfect for a family or a long stay for business. It is very well located just 10 minutes walk to Trône underground station and fashion street.

I took a 2 bedroom apartment which has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Apartment was modern with nice kitchen, bathroom, 2 TVs and terrace. Location is excellent, close to Luxembourg train station and EU district. Use of gym is an added bonus although the gym was a little bit "tired." Decent wifi included. Stayed for 5 weeks in total. Area can be lively in the week then very quiet at weekend but you are not far from shops or entertainment. Highly recommended for an extended stay if you have reason to be close to the EU.

Otherwise would definitely recommend a stay here.
