Clean cheap hotel, 10 min walk to the centre. Great check in service and lockers are easy to use if arriving early. Check out 12:00. Good shows products provided and tea/coffee biscuits a nice touch. Beds really comfy

Surprisingly that there is a lounge area that we can use after the check out, and it is very spacious and comfortable.

This was a very good budget option. A clean, comfortable room with everything we needed even a little fridge. Daily cleaning and lovely fresh towels. Really nice staff. It is in an area with supermarkets and cheap bars but you do need to walk to go to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Lovely little Boutik hotel
Room was clean and cosy .
I had a single room and was apprehensive with the room size . The receptionist kindly told me that there is a spacious quiet area . Finally when I arrived in my room it was so cute and cosy that I was ok . Staff are kind and helpful . A nice little sweet home when you need to stay 2 nights in Bilbao . Thank you

The hotel was great- clean, free water, coffee, cookies! Lots of room to store luggage, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Location is sketchy if you are walking to the market/other side of the bridge- be aware of your safety. Hotel staff member was awesome!

The hotel is right by Puerta del Sol which is very central and easy to get to and around. The location is great…… except…….the NOISE.
The street noise seems amplified, as though people are in your room. The walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms. The door buzzer is out of control loud. You hear the door slam closed whenever anyone leaves, every single time.
It was borderline unbearable. I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones it was that bad.

The only thing that kept me from posting 5stars in all the review was that the street signs around the property are not too visible, a couple of mosquitoes were in the room, and a couple of the throw pillows should be discontinued. Other than that, it was very good. Clean, close to a lot of things, nice amenities, and staff was very agreeable.

Spacious room and modern bathroom with a seperate shower as well as a bath. There was an electric jug and coffee and tea making facilities which we really appreciated as this was not common in Spain. The receptionist gave us a map and advised us places to go which was helpful too.

We had such a lovely time in this hotel. Everything was so smooth from start to finish and it’s absolutely beautiful inside. We got upgraded to a huge triple room - the bed was massive. The air con was lovely. Location is very walkable to Guggenheim and also to old town

Perfect, good price, clean room, polite and helpful staff, proximity to Bilbao centre - what’s not to dislike! Staff let us use the hotel lounge after we had checked out.

Lovely modern room with great amenities. Everything was great except for the exit light that was on top of the door as it was too bright during the night.

Don't be put off by 2 stars. Nice Hotel, bathroom clean, v small bath. Excellent wif, relatively comfortable bed, simple cold buffet breakfast. Centre of bilbao easy 10-15 min wal. Excellent value for money

Waking downtown and to the historic plaza is easy as far as European norms go. Small, firm beds make for iffy sleep, but if you’re looking for an affordable stay in order to explore on a budget, you could do far worse. The staff deserves credit for being so polite and helpful.

Good stay, very good friendly and helpful staff who were only too willing to help. Location good, parking close by at reasonable cost. Jorge on reception was excellent, annotated a map with all the places to go and not to go. Some rooms small and ours didn't have an outside view

Is quite noisy at time. I could people snoozing next door. I could hear people talking middle of night.. Overall, eaay to find the hotel after catching a bus from airport. Convenient , walking distance to old town area. Walk to Guggenheim Museum.

I regret choosing this hotel. Saff was friendly but overall it was pretty bad. A lot of noise can be heard from other rooms, the place itself is not very clean... not enough amenities, small rooms. We were doing our best to spend as little time as possible in the hotel.
