We enjoyed our stay. They were friendly and the check-in was smooth. The handle on the toilet was loose and I called the front desk to let them know. They immediately sent the repair man to fix it. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay again!

Everything was clean and the room ready with no issues. Quite, which I like. The only time I interacted with staff was at check in and out and both were very friendly, and made me feel welcomed. I would stay here again if the need arises.

the room smelled like it has been flooded. Stunk really bad. The pool was nasty. Me and my friends had to skim the pool before we got in. One would not because of the condition of he water and the area around the pool

Don’t get me wrong it’s on par with all the HIE I ever stayed at but my room was extremely damp even after running ac all day/night. Floor (carpet) smelt moldy was very damp and turned our feet black. Staff were extremely positive!! It was just that the floor/room was not good. Maybe there’s a leak or something?

Property stated that it is a SMOKE FREE stay,
Immediately checked into my room # 311 … the strong stench of smoke hit me right in my face!
I immediately notified the front desk, she offered to come check it out and brought a liquid spray to spray the room and even she noticed the strong tobacco smell… she sprayed on the carpet and furniture but then it bothered my allergies as the evening and morning came!!!!
I was NEVER asked to move or be compensated for such disgusting smoke smell in the room # 311 that I was given!
Will never 👎 suggest anyone to stay there!

The free breakfast was nice. We experienced two dead crickets while we were here. One was in our bathroom when we checked into our room, and one was under our dining table as we ate breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness was poor, the room was very humid during our entire 10-night stay, and we dealt with several crickets in our room each day.

I paid for a king bedroom online which is what I reserved online for and received a queen bedroom. I was told that I didn’t reserve for a king . Yet I was showing them the confirmation specifically showing that I had a king bed reservation. I paid the price of a king bedroom and that was never fixed. They also told my mother who also reserved for a king bedroom , that they no longer had kings available. Base line is this hotel is offering king bedrooms online. People pay and when you go in they invent some story with no logic and won’t give you the king bedroom yet charge you the same price. I had to sleep with my husband in separate queen beds all 3 days of my stay

The lady that checked me in was fabulous. I horrible with names, but I believe it was Kim. I came to my room and couldn’t get the ac to work she came up to my room with the maintenance man and corrected the problem. The room is very clean. The pool area is nice and clean as well. I will definitely stay here when I’m in the area.

The staff at the hotel really try hard! My daughter and I stayed here on the way home from a college visit. Rather than pay exorbitant Austin prices, we stayed here. It was a very pleasant, convenient, and friendly experience. Thanks, Holiday Inn Express!

No complaints about the property itself. It was nice and clean. However, when we arrived the front desk lady was very rude. Not a way to leave a good first impression at all. Would stay again for sure and hope the next front desk person is nicer and more professional.
