Needs more towels and better cleaning

The property looked recently renovated. However, the street leading into the hotel had many potholes!

Pretty good stay

Husband & I love comfort Inn. The staff is friendly & helpful & mindful of our needs. The free breakfast is great, includes waffle, eggs, sausage & everything in between. But my favorite part is the bed. Wow! So comfortable! I recommend this to everyone!

Breakfast was great , check in and out was quick, rooms were quiet

We have stayed several times at this location. The last two the rooms had been remodel. This room supposed to have been remodeled, but there were black marks all over the tile. The bathroom base boards had not been completed. The bed post was not completed painted. It did not compare with the other rooms we had stayed in. I don't know what happen to this remodeling....

Hotel in general was okay. Room could have been cleaner. Eyelash on lampshade and hair and other stuff under sink. Breakfast was poor. They ran out of a lot of stuff and it took a long time to refil.

I am amazed that hotels have no problem with housekeeping being every 3rd day but charge you full price for EVERY day. If they don't want to clean the rooms, then give a discounted rate for those days!!!

I like the area, the staff was unfriendly, no tv service for 2days. Staff never informed us about the outage also, had an attitude when ask about an eta on when tv service be up and running. Then the elevator was out the duration of my stay….Totally inconvenience the rest of my stay. I was not happy at all’

Room was perfect size for us

Staff were gracious with our late arrival and request for a late check out. Nicely updated room for a decent price! Lemon water in the lobby was a nice pick me up too!

We stayed here twice in a couple of weeks. Staff was always friendly when we interacted woth them. We never needed anything extra. The 2 rooms we stayed in were clean and spacious. The only down side was when the elevator broke down the 1st night of the 2nd visit. Of course, it was memorial day weekend, so it wasnt going to get fixed. Small inconvenience. And there was some wear on one of the bathtubs, and the hinges on the main doors to the rooms are squeaky, but everything else was good.

They were fully booked the day we tried to go, so I tried getting a booking online and they told me I had the wrong day and would not provide me a refund. Do not book at this hotel.

Everything was great! Check in easy, girl at the front desk was friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable!

Comfortable option to hight hotel prices in Austin

Clean, new, quiet hotel. We have stayed at 3 other places on recent trip. This was the best.

They didn't have blankets when we needed them. Our cards didn't work. They told me prior to arrival I could ask for a cot but when I got there they said they didn't have any-at all-ever. The rooms above us were incredibly loud. Breakfast was cold and food had run out by 8:30am.

It was a so-so servicable room. If the price was $100 cheaper, I'd probably rate it higher. But the Hotels.com site sells it as a "on the higher end" type of lodging, but its the same headache inducing florescent bulbs in every socket, crappy in-room coffee (didn't work BTW), TV with no real options (none of the built in apps worked because the TV wasn't connected to the internet even though it clearly was supposed to be), and barely edible "continental" breakfast. Again, an OK place to stay, but regrettably priced like a luxurious experience.

Our stay was great! Our room was nice and big. The hotel just smelled so good as soon as you walked in. It was very clean and would definitely stay here again!

My second night when I returned to the hotel around midnight, there was what appeared to be a homeless guy passed out on the couch in the lobby. The third night there was the same or a different homeless man smoking a cigarette hanging out under the canopy by the main entrance. It was not a safe feeling and I inevitably removed my expensive belongings from my rental car due to these 2 incidents. The parking lot is impossible to find, having to navigate through the McDonald’s parking lot to get to it. The breakfast was decent at best with the orange juice being out of service all week just leaving apple juice. Who other than 2 year olds drinks apple juice. The hallway was loud till after midnight with kids and adults yappin away and slamming doors.
