We have a family of four and was given a king size bed. My daughter slept on the couch with no blanket and my son and I slept on the bed. My husband slept on the floor. They told us they were full and couldn’t give us the two queen beds we paid for. Unsatisfactory!!

Paid and expected two beds in stead I got one bed and a couch with no Lennon and it was a big inconvenience for them to get us some. The would not change rooms. Offering us to leave and a refund.

Just a great place to stay.. great staff working there..especially Christina...very very clean, well lit parking, great breakfast, whatever you need within 5 minutes from hotel...especially Billy's bbq right up the street.

The person at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with and she also helped us with our television situation.

I didn't like the mattress we had. The edges were hard and was uncomfortable getting off and on the bed. Our carpet in the room was torn and looked sloppy. I didn't like that there wasn't any hot coffee ready available.

The location was fine. There is parking available. The bedding was clean.The strewn cigarette packs were cleaned up outside within a day.

The employees did not make eye contact. The furniture cannot be sat upon, since it is so worn out and dirty. It reminds me of a couch that we used to sit outside at Mardi gras. My mutt sits on a better sofa. The carpet is super disgusting. The room is musty and and the curtains are a dingy remnant of what they once were.

The room was nice and clean when we arrived. We had to suddenly make reservations and this was great. The breakfast was awesome.

The tub didn't drain, the pool was green and not open while we were there. We asked for a towel change and for the drain to be snaked, but it didn't happen. We stayed for 3 nights and really needed clean towels that last day. We ended up using our towels we brought.

Poor lighting in room. Shower, no cold water. Fan in bathroom wasn't working, so floor was wet/slippery.. No bathmats. Parking had poor lighting too. Didn't feel safe.
