My daughter didn’t get to stay. She was denied because she didn’t have a credit card for the deposit. None of this was posted on Expedia prior to reservation being made. I am in the process of disputing this. Both entities keep giving me the run arounds about who is supposed to give me a refund. I don’t give a crap who it comes from. I want my money back. She never got to stay there. She were denied. I want my refund. Thank you.

Location of this motel, 10/10. That’s as good as it gets. Three issues: First, hidden fees. I saw on hotels.com there was an added $17.50 per day charged at the property. They failed to mention $20 per day to park. That added up to be a way bigger charge than expected. How is it not criminal to leave your cost a mystery, until you’re standing in the lobby? I did NOT agree to that, yet have to pay, or park off the property & Uber to the motel, & pay for parking elsewhere. Awful, to do to people. Why? Second: “Full kitchen” advertised. Not a single plate, bowl, piece of silverware, nothing in the cupboards. Fridge & microwave were nice. Heat up your leftovers on some cardboard, cause there’s no plates. To Silver Spray: hit up a Goodwill & buy a set of plates & forks for like $5. Guests will appreciate it. Three: I paid extra for a mid-grade room, yet was banished to the corner back alley. The worst possible room location. I didn’t have it in me to go start trouble at front desk. Just made note, and will remember when I’m booking next time. Which will be elsewhere.

Proximity to beach was superb. Friendly staff especially Tyler who went the extra mile

The room wasn’t clean, seen two roaches. Not comfortable with the area. Wish I would’ve not waisted my money. Do a resort, do your self a favor. Not enough towels after a requested while I was booking the trip.

Took an hour plus to check in, booked at one property they wanted to move me another, not apologetic at all Location is nice but that was about it Slow slow,

The TV was hard to figure it out and after altitude never worked. That’s unacceptable for any hotel room. Also at check in they charged me an extra 29 dollars that I never knew about from Expedia and a 100 dollars deposit…not very pleased about this.

Enjoyed our room and stay for the weekend. This was our third time staying here.

Clean, easy access to beach and friendly, helpful staff.

We stayed for two nights , everything was okay. Our last night we were not able to sleep do to a couple arguing which lasted hours. Just a heads up walls are transparent your able to hear.

The workers are only nice to Spanish people. The breakfast lady told me not to eat all the food because she was saving it for someone else. The roaches were everywhere and no fork or plate to eat on in room. The said pay for parking or get towed. But there are 5 parking garages next to there hotel. And only 1 small pool. Not 5 as the stated. I want a refund. It will not let me upload pictures. The outside tables have never been cleaned.

I enjoyed this place. It's a safe and convenient place to be around shops, restaurants and beach.

Had bugs, killed a cockroach as soon as we walked into the bathroom “Available parking” means $18 a night fee One in room ac, mini-split inoperative. Ambient temp was 70, ran all night at 69 and never shut off

The problem was that we have to pay the park of the car

The location was great , place was clean , staff was friendly .

The property is in a great location but its trash. Dead cockroach in the fridge, walls and baseboards need to be painted, the bathroom needs work and thats a start. You have to walk a few blocks away to check in and on top of the high rate for what you get they charge $17 service charge, not sure what thats for, and $19 to park in front of their buildings. The location is great and listening to the neighbors having fun at 4am and then sharing the smell of oot as i left ended the stay nicely.

They will charge your bank account $100 on arrival as security deposit to be returned when your leaving but they won’t return it. That’s simple makes them a thief. More so in my case since I only basically spent a night there because check in is after 4 and check out is before 11

The property is an bit outdated, but a fantastic location. The floors were not very clean, and there weren’t many towels in the room. That being said, the room had a lot of amenities - fridge, microwave, and mini kitchen. For the price, it was a pretty good value.

Booked standard room but gave us dirty little one room, they insisted that's what we booked.They made us upgrade for the larger room ( which we booked ) for 317 US. After "upgrading" to the larger dirty place I took a shower and the water temp changed and burned my feet! Then the stove broke. Had 3 men trying to fix it then was told we had to move again. 3 rooms in 3 days. Bring your Lysol wipes!! You have to ask for kitchen ware. No hangers. This place should be taken off Expedia! I had 2 hr conversation with them and received 200 credit which is not enough! After having to stand at the desk many times I realized that they did this to everyone almost everyone that came through the door was told they could upgrade to what they thought they were going to get in the first place. DO NOT GIVE THEAE CROOKS YOUR MONEY. I swear paying a bit more at a different hotel will actually save you money and a lot of stress !!!

The property is dirty, the signs does not clearly indicate the office which is managed by another company name and locted off-site and was very confusing, no one was available to answer the telephone number listed on the property after 1030pm, resulting in me purchasing another hotel after many attempts and making contact with expedia and having them say that they were unable to reach the hotel too, a very disappointing purchase. I still was charged nonetheless.

Check in was very fast. Room is extra clean,everything is new. There is a coffee maker,microvawe and refrigerator. Service is great.

No Office at location of hotel, you have to go to another location to check in and then return to hotel. Direction posted on building are incorrect.

Called the day before to ask that I pay in cash. They said no problem , when I arrived they had already charged my credit card. Noisy neighbors upstairs lots of running around . (Get a 2nd floor toom) People in the Courtyard right by my bedroom window, loud talking late at night. I asked them to please be quiet , they ignored me.
