Got the room for me n my husband and our 2 dogs for a night of relaxation and that’s exactly what we got.

There was no top sheet on the bed when we arrived. The phone to the front desk wouldn't ring. I had to walk down and get a sheet to put on the bed. There was only one bath towel, one wash cloth and a hand towel. The next evening when we got back, the room hadn't been cleaned. I had to walk down to the office to get towels, wash rags and hand towel and 2 more pillows those we had were very flat. I asked why our room wasn't serviced they said the maids knock & if no one answered they didn't clean. I told them they would never get an answer, we were working everday there. When I got back with the pile of stuff there were no wash rags at all but 2 handtowels, 1 bath towel, one smaller bath towel and bath rug. Oh, no coffee for the pot in the room. The day they did clean they left 1 coffee pod.

Wasnt expecting much. Its a good thing. Light in bathroom was delayed. Bed not comfy and just a sheet and blanket. Hey the TV worked

Rooms were nasty. Separating laminate flooring. Stains on bathtub and linens. Old furniture and non-working lamps. Parking lot filled with cigarette butts. Sketchy people just hanging around.

This is a Motel 6. Inexpensive place to sleep. Not luxury but simple and clean. Front desk guy was great!

This was a terrible spot. Would not have wanted to stay as a woman on my own. Room was dingy and rundown. Blankets had cigarette burns in them. Toilet ran on

Because of a CC error, the reservation was cancelled. Someone ran our CC with the wrong Security code. They wanted to charge twice the rate as I originally booked the room for. They offered no help!!! Claimed all they had left were premium rooms. We ended up going to a completely hotel. Later, we found out we could have booked another room through Hotels.com for $40 less than what the clerk was offering.

It was a fine stay. The room was nice, clean, roomy. Staff were pleasant and quick check in. Near plenty of places to eat, coffee places, gas station nearby. Close to freeway and easy to find. The only thing I was skeptic about was what kind of “people” were hanging around the motel. Too many transients asking for money or “other” stuff. People hanging in the parking lot on phones in the middle of the night. Scottsdale Ave is very noisy due to young dumb adults racing their “customized” cars looking to race someone. Other than that it was a good place to lay your head but needs to have security to get those not staying there out of that area.

Room was Ok. Not what i expected for an 8 rating. Parking lot was another story. All kinds of all kinds which is a little scary when u have a child with you.

Dirt shoe prints on floor, shampoo residue in bathroom are nothing compared to the blood next to the toilet and the multiple needles found in the towel caddy. Good luck getting a refund from them. Absolutely horrible

Check in was easy, the room had a smell once we walked in. The bed was worn out and lumpy. The front door wouldn’t close all the way but I had an extra lock for traveling so it wasn’t much of an issue. The bathroom door did not close at all. You get what you pay for. Parking was convenient.

Not enough soap bars, no lotion/shampoo. Room very clean but not enough outlets to plug in for any reason. Door not shut all the way upon closing it. Everything else fine within the room.

The maintenance man walked in my room while I was undressed and unannounced. They can't deny it the place has cameras as well as the store across the street. I was embarrassed. There is no exception for this from the staff in hospitality. No refund offered or comp stay just utter betrayal of staff and embarrassment.

What I like about this particular property and it's guest service is that the people are friendly and fast, never fussy. I really appreciate the fact that I do not have to repeatedly go to the office to have my key scanned over and over for failure to have it open the door. I also really love the fact that it's appropriately priced without a ridiculously high deposit. I like that it's close to everything and that I can get a lot done in this area and this particular property. Having what feels like a balcony on the 2nd floor is also nice. I like to look out and see everything. Thank you

I like that I can come and pay for my room as early as 5am. The only thing I don't care for is if there seems to be too many shady people outside, only because i've had some tough run-ins throughout my travels... however, I am very flexible and do not allow it to bother me too much, as I frequently am too busy minding my business

Very very noisy at night. One car blasted music so loudly. We had ear plugs and eye masks so that we didn’t get annoyed. Slept well. You need them!
Also someone was shouting that she will call the police because strange man was arguing with her.
Strange situation is going on here.
But we have small 2 dogs and stayed free of charge which was great deal. No carpet so we were happy about it.
Checking in/out is very easy.

Cheap price but you get what you pay for. Staff was nice and place was clean, no issues with hotel, just surrounding areas!

Super, super Pet friendly Motel. Large grass area right out your door to take pet to the bathroom or for a walk. Maids were extremely friendly, and always made sure we had clean towels, sheets, and soap packets if needed. Check in staff had the personality of a rock and could take some lessons from the maids on how to smile and be friendly.

The room smelled like smoke, and the bathroom light would not come on. Besides that it was a good stay! Customer service could have been better. Not even a good morning when walking in the office.

room looked run down, wall was falling in next to bath tube looks like was attempt to repair, and people were screaming at each other all night in room next door. Just not a nice place to stay. As a 6'2 and 250 man I honestly didn't feel safe there. So could only image a woman traveling on her own would be worse
