Bugs people knocking on the door that stay there. Uncomfortable.

Stay was horrible. Had to move rooms bc of bugs...yep them type of bugs. The next room was even worse. Unsatisfying and haven't heard from management still..I have videos and pics...

It’s a motel. It worked for a place to sleep. It had a working bathroom with hot water. The floors, walls, air conditioner etc. etc. weren’t the cleanest and well kept. It had a slight smell of “old.” There were small bugs in the bathroom. I have no idea where they were coming from so we just shut the door at night. I don’t recommend sleeping here on the regular but it works for a place to rest your head, for the night.

Convenient the staff was wonderful.

Veronica (night agent) was AWESOME! She fixed an issue with my reservation the night that we arrived. The room itself was tiny BUT it was clean and the furniture & fixtures were modern, clean and accomidating. It was exactly what we needed and even had a micro/fridge which was more than I expected at this price point.

many people sitting outside on ground and in lobby. front desk person was awesome but environment horrible. worried fo. mold on windows. trash everywhere woke up with bug bites on legs and fingers.

The staff at motel 6 are very professional and courteous to your accommodations. I highly recommend staying here for business or personal needs. Thumbs up!!

The one lady in office instead of admitting she forgot to tell me that my 28 days was up waited until i had spent my last money on the room for the weekend and then made me check out for 48 hours. Left me with no money to stay somewhere else so i Was stuck with my daughter out in the storm sleeping in my car. Thanks a lot. Really unprofessional and rude to take my money and then make me wait 5 days for refund. Super frustrating

The internet was the best thing there. There were flies and roaches. My power went out because i was using the microwave the same time someone else was. Only there because of last minute reservation

It’s smelled so bad that as soon as I walked in the room, I went straight back to the office and told the girl that I could not stay here. She was unable to give me a refund because I booked it through Expedia, but she told me if I called Expedia and they contacted the hotel. I would get a full refund. I was unable to get in touch with Expedia so I had to pay for the room anyway.

Staff is friendly. BUT SOME GUY LEAF BLOWS AT 6 am every morning waking the entire hotel up. The noise ordinance laws in Henrico say that you can’t until 8 am and it sucks to work 18 hrs and get woke up an hour after getting back from work.

Excellent staff. Head of housekeeping is very brusk, noisy and in your face about checking out or staying, very loud. No complaints.

Rooms come with pet roaches!

The beds were comfortable, cable tv was limited with no hbo or movie channels. No wall decor. No breakfast. Tons of roaches in the bathroom.

The cigarette smell was so strong that I could not sleep and had a huge headache the next morning. There were signs of mold in the bathroom in several areas, the sheets had large stains, there was just general filth along door ways, walls, trim, and on and on but it was 1:00 am in the morning and I needed to be leave by 6:00 am so I did not feel I could go somewhere else at that point. The staff was absolutely lovely! I did not ask for another room because there were sold out.

This property was very convenient to where I needed to be and it also had recently been remodeled however it was not very clean for being so new

The staff was friendly but the place was really gross. There were cigarette butts on the floor of a smoke free room that smelt horrible, cockroaches were seriously everywhere - walls, floor, ceiling, sink and shower. In the bathroom there was a strip of mold and a destroyed wall and the bed and pillows were insanely uncomfortable. Would not recommend and never staying there again. It was really bad.

Cleanliness was pretty good, overall. I did notice a few maintenance issues that had not been addressed, although they were minor and did not immediately deter from the functionality of the room. Worst feature was noise. I understand that such close proximity to airport runways means high noise levels day and night, but it certainly did make sleeping difficult!

The motel is run down and does not look like the pictures. The curtains had stains on them. There were roaches in the bathroom and dead one on the room floor. Was not impressed 👎

I like this property because it was close to the airport. I liked the fact that it was reasonably price room. I like that customer service was really great, they ladies were very friendly and nice, helpful. I like the fact that in each room, that have a low/no loud noise policy, so people can rest for 10pm to 6am! Love it!

Grace in the front office is awesome with wonderful customer service 😊 We check in and was having a real bad day and a bad momemt in our lives and she went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and also help with a number for resources. She is good❤
