Very nice clean room but it was pretty cold when I arrived. No shampoo or conditioner, but everything else was great.

Staff in general that I had to deal with was not trained with the best customer service. One person out of the multiple was helpful. Stayed there a week and had my sheets and towels changed one time. Outlets don’t want to work, then the tv stops working. Outside is sketchy with trash left around the property. Even had some dude come out of the bushes randomly while unloading my vehicle. They could definitely use some work but you are at a Motel 6.

Clean and comfortable, all at a good price. And the staff were friendly

The room i got did not have a fregrator and the water pressure was not good. The room was clean and look new. Every room should have a little coffee maker and bottles of shampoo pluse bottle wash.

Beds were hard as a rick. Shower was cracking and looked dirty. The dog in rhe room next to us barked all night. But the floor was new and it looked fairly decent.

The room next door was smoking, we stayed in a room with the strong smell of gas.

We waited an hour and a half past the checking time and received a room that smelled of cat urine.

I was looking for a clean budget friendly place to sleep n shower. The inside had been updated . The pool looked decent , I didn’t end up swimming (weather). Staff was friendly. Plenty of clean towels . Was able to look out and see my car. Single female traveler felt safe.

Compact. But quiet and neat. Cheap as well. I booked just a week before. We booked 2 rooms. 4 adults. They asked ID for all adults. Usually in other placed i booked through Expedia, hotels ask ID for a person per room. If this is the rule for this hotel, it is good to mention it "exclusively" while or after booking to make their and our job easier. Other than this initial hick up, i would like to stay here when I go to Richland again.

Property is clearly cared for and maintained. Not impressed that the only soap provided is a cheap bar of soap. There is no shampoo or conditioner provided, even if you request it, so don't show up here without your own if you have long hair. I found it kind of ironic that this facility can pay to maintain a nice outdoor pool but can't provide a $2 bottle of shampoo to guests on request. Shower water pressure was very good, but the water is hard (full of minerals). Bathroom is small but surprisingly spacious. Bed is a thin spring mattress on a spring frame of sorts. It was not particularly comfortable but did not prevent me from getting a good night's sleep. Motel was quiet, and my stay was uneventful. I did call down to the front desk in the morning before I left as a courtesy, and I was told I needed to bring my room key to the front desk before leaving. Sorry, but that did NOT happen. My call was a courtesy to the front desk, not a request for me to get extra, unnecessary things to do on my way out door. If keys are expected to be returned to the office, it needs to be discussed at check-in. I've never stayed somewhere that you couldn't just leave the keys in the room. It's 2024 - let's get with the times.

Room was good enough. Area was close to the Columbia River, which is never bad. Staff was very kind and helpful.

I had to get up and leave for work by 4:00 in the morning and there were still people partying outside my door at 12:00 12:30.. definitely didn't work out for my next work day..

Asked for the identification of myself (normal) and my wife. Hundreds of stays at hotels, never had that happen.

Location was good, very central and close to Columbia Park. The room was fine, basic. The AC worked very well. The room did smell like chlorine every time we came back to it. And there was no hot water in the shower but we weren't staying for long so it was ok. Beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Travelocity charged me for the room and then they added $125.20 to my credit card. The person in the office couldn't tell me what the charge was for but thought it would be removed when I checked out. It wasn't! It was also loud with people outside until morning.

Beds not comfortable and if u toss and turn at night beds make noise ac is older so doesn’t get as cold in room.

Was nice for a Motel 6. Good value for the money. Room was clean. Friendly front desk agent for the overnight shift (we arrived at 1 am). No extra fee for two dogs. Room also looked remodeled recently. Recommended for anyone looking for a reasonable priced option.

Room was clean, but lacking a few amenities - there was no shampoo provided, some lights were burnt out, and we were woken up at 6:00 am by our neighbor doing a very loud work out. However, the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great. This property is a decent choice for a stay on a budget.
