Nice hotel, but it was tight and small. The 4 of us were always bumping into each other and the 2 queen beds felt like 2 full size beds.

Stayed with my hubby and it was beautiful , breath taking sunset on the opposite side of the beach where the pool is, very clean , quiet , room service came in and clean , sufficient supplies and overall great experience would visit again

The staff was excellent, from front desk at checkin to the lovely lady that cleaned our room. The room, floor to ceiling windows beautiful view. They should add a beach wash off spot for hotel guests. Great place will be back again

Parking has a height restrictions. If your SUV has a carrier on the roof won't be able to pass their parking garage hotel will ask you to remove it or you will park somewhere and pay for parking. Room has an amazing oceanview. AC inside room very noisy .

A clean hotel, with a very good location, surrounded by many attractions. Its workers are very friendly. We achieved our goal of resting and enjoying the beach thanks to this hotel.

Very close to attractions of Virginia Beach and the convention center we had a Dance Competition at

They charged two of the four of us paying for the room twice. They blamed it on bad weather the night before that knocked their computer system down. Little did they know we were in town a day early and stayed at a different hotel and the weather was perfect. Then tried to say it was because we used debit cards. Okay, all 4 of us did so why did it only happen to 2 of us? The second amount was credited back into our accounts when we checked out 4 days later but they wouldn’t refund anything for overdraft fees that our banks charged us. If you stay here keep an eye on your bank statement so the same thing doesn’t happen to you! They didn’t care at all that this happened nor were they willing to do anything to fix it.

The staff was terrific. I messed up and booked room for wring day. It was July 4th weekend and I arrived on Friday but reservation not till Saturday. The front desk was able to switch date at no cost, even though we booked room thru Expedia. I messed up. They fixed it. Easy peasy.

The room was good - very clean. I cannot same the same about the pool - I wouldn't let my kids swim in it:( Also, the TV/Internet wasn't working well and kept kicking us off in the middle of a family movie - I talked to the front desk and got several different responses with no resolution. Dealing with the front desk was not a great experience.
