Great place to stay in Saratoga Springs. Walkable to town. Easy parking. Shuttle service. Nice Room. All of the things you would want and expect from Marriott.

Room was damp/ humid. Needed to change room and only room to change to was different than the reserved room. No dining options after 10 AM until late afternoon and couldn t even get coffee. The employees were excellent and tried to compensate for the hotels deficiencies.

The room was nice but had 2 tissues left in the box with no refill box and a quarter roll of toilet paper with no refills. We had to call. Seemed like when getting it ready it wasn’t properly stocked. The AC was hard to figure out. It’s a very nice property and in a great location.

Bree was wonderful at the front desk at check and throughout our stay. Bree seem to be working all the time well, sweet lady.
The hotel looked fairly fresh but some attention could be paid to cleanliness in the pool and hot tub area. For a 5 night stay we had our room serviced only one time - not great. The gym needed cleaning it was never even vacuumed- I clean up some debris once as I could take it being there day after day. The property could be better cleaned and cared for. Nice people working there however!

Rooms especially bathrooms could use a good sprucing up. Tubs and shower areas are pitted and out of date, but the facility was clean. Overall stay was good.

After hospitality agita elsewhere I booked this on the last race wknd of the season. Kora and Bri at the front desk were friendly, helpful & made check-in a breeze. Guest relations Mgr also seriously helpful. This was so refreshing after a long day. Forget hotels close to the track. This is the place to stay. And there's a frequent free shuttle to Broadway and the track. Can't ask for more. Thank you!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool area was extremely disappointing. The pictures of the pool, make the main pool look very big, when in reality it is very very small. The water was VERY cloudy and even murky. The flooring around the hot tub was cracked, and dirty looking. It is apparent that this area is not well maintained. I did not appreciate the deceiving pictures on the website. I would've went somewhere else, as we chose to go there for the pool and couldn't even enjoy it.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The beds were quite uncomfortable, but that was the only negative to the whole stay. We wanted a place close to Skidmore and this definitely worked!

We woke up to a water main break, no water in the hotel, unable to use the bathroom for anything, showers etc. Not notified by the staff, and it was not posted anywhere in the building.

Welcoming was as expected. By the contrary, no one explained the procedure of cleaning room. After two days we were told that need to call scheduling a date and time for cleaning. After 1st cleaning only notice that no vacuum nor cleaning the mirrors nor the windows facing the outside of the room! A big dead fly was at the edge of the window since day one to our departure. Bathroom was adequate. No breakfast included . The hourly for breakfast closing at 10am, said a lot. Moreover the price for a simple breakfast like a cup of fruit, a boiled egg, bottle (small) of an orange juice for over $20 not including the Tip out of proportion. As summary, for price paid vs the quality of service, never compare. To expensive.

The first room smelled like cigarette smoke and we had to change rooms. The shower/tub in the new room did not drain and was very slippery.
I was purchased a bottle of water for $3 meanwhile some guest received free water. There was no complimentary water bottles in the room.

Heat/air didn’t work properly was as cold as could be and hot as hell. The one bed mattress so wore out it was like you guys picked it up off the side of the road for $315 for one night I would expect a lot more
