Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process.

This hotel was the worst decision of my 3 week European vacation. This hotels focus is large convention and group business. If you think you are getting a romantic or intimate hotel for a couple, you are completely wrong. Stay somewhere else. We also encountered many service issues. The hotel does not listed to feedback or want to help you with issues. I was highly allergic to the perfume they use in all of their products. I tried to get help through the app, the front desk and the room maid and this was never resolved. I had to go to a store to buy unscented soap and the night before departure the maid threw it away during turn down because the bar was getting small. She replaced it with the smelly bar I was allergic to. I called the help line from the room 7 diffierent times and the phone was only answered once. We tried to use the spa and we were turned away because it was too busy. The tub converted to a shower was probably a great tub but a horrible shower. My feel would not fit in the narrow width under the shower head. The end of the tub was open for cold air to flow in and water to splash out. There was pink mold embedded in the grout due to age and care. Also, if you have mobility issues getting into and out of the shower would be dangerous. I have great mobility and it was a challenge. The breakfast had a lot of options but nothing was great. Only 1 person making omelets for a 300 person restaurant. Drinks at the pool bar were awful.

Excellent service, clean and new-feeling hotel. Fast elevators so upper floors not an issue. Good central location, with excellent breakfast next door much cheaper than hotel breakfast (also great brunch at "Manifest" cafe). Staff were nice to call a cab when we couldn't get an Uber to the airport early in the AM. Only minor point is the buttons for lighting and curtains are a bit maddeningly obscure, unlabeled.

Stayed for the night due to flight issues. Hotel knew our situation and it was my birthday! They sent a complimentary wine, which was so nice! I enjoyed the rooftop pool with wonderful view of city! My partner enjoyed the hotel room’s amenities! Location was good and nice park close by. We took public transport and Uber to different attractions in the city. We enjoyed our stay

Central location in Lisbon made this the perfect place to stay and with a rooftop bar and infinity pool with great views not more you could ask for

Fantastic staff, second stay this month as we were on a tour earlier. Nice rooms, this visit had a deluxe suite, unfortunately it is behind the elevator. Not much noise but there was some. All in all, great staff and location, our suite on 10th floor had fantastic view as well as the view from pool.

This was my first time staying at this Epic Sana and I was thoroughly impressed. The level of service was on point, one of the best I have seen. Room was excellent and cleaned immaculately everyday. Location is amazing. Really enjoyed my stay here and will go back.

Beautiful hotel and spa. Great amenities. The staff were very polite and tentative. Rooms were perfect with plenty of spaces. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal with plenty of options. We are returning prior our departure from PortugalZ

We stayed in an Executive suite and arrived to a a fruit platter and bottle of Prosecco. The room was immaculate and the rooftop pool afforded us with fantastic views across Lisbon. The breakfast buffet was also out of this world.

The hotel and amenities were great. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was spacious as well. The rooftop pool was almost always full, but it’s to be expected as the views are amazing. There didn’t seem to be a ton to do right near the hotel, but the subway station is a short walk away.

The hotel team noticed it was my wife’s birthday and prepared a surprise without me even mentioning it!

This establishment was top notch, not just from the property itself, BUT MAINLY the PERSONNEL there really do go above & beyond to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL, from concierges Karim Aly & Elise Pena, to bar mgr. Jesse James, Patricia at Garden restaurant, Felipa in spa & Mgr. Sandra. FANTASTIC! WILL DEF. stay there again! Thanks for your hard work & dedication to making our visit outstanding!

This hotel had everything you could have wanted. With a great location it was the ideal spot to stay for a couple of nights as you explore the beautiful city of Lisbon. We got engaged whilst we were here so will always be a special place for us.

Excellent hotel. Very clean with helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very luxurious and the rooftop pool is amazing.

The hotel was amazing

A pretty much faultless experience. The staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were cool and of a decent size. The rooftop pool was well-serviced throughout. I particularly liked the welcome trio of cakes and the way the rooftop pool staff handed out complimentary snacks to people on sun-loungers.

I was on a solo trip. It was a wonderful experience! I felt safe; the hotel was lovely, and I could easily access the rest of the city.
