Our stay was very good, the staff excelente, the security, quiet, and having a room with two bathrooms was the best as we were there for medical reasons.

It was an amazing stay in this hotel. Every staff member was polite and friendly. When I needed help, they were more than happy to help. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and lots of space for clothes to be put away during my stay. The bathroom was a good size, the shower was a walk-in and was excellent. Overall, it was an excellent hotel. Highly recommended.

Sonesta Cali is a good hotel, always love the service and hospitality. The breakfast is another level really nice and good options. They do lack more seating but you have to reserve your table with an item or else you wont get a table and its confusing if you get up for food etc. But loving this hotel always

Sonesta has a good breakfast, air conditioning, hot water, and delicious room service food. The staff and front desk people are wonderful. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay in in Cali. Very comfortable beds as well.

All staff members are very pleasant and willing to help at all times, shout to Jesus, always going above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. I look forward to coming back to the Hotel soon!

The best hotel in Cali service is good, food is delicious but it could do better in the gym, breakfast needs more attention specially in the seating area many ppl take your table etc.

Everybody went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Jonathan the Bartender at Bar&Tono Bar applied all his creativity to prepare COCKTAILS with his personal touch. Wilson, the Bellboy, was always attentive to our transportation needs, William, Paolo, and Jose at the front desk were prompt to guide us and make sure we were informed of all possible venues around the hotel. Davidson, Javier and all personnel at the restaurant and Room Service provided the best eating experience for us.

Very nice hotel in Cali id say one of the best centered Hotels however the Wifi was horrible and some areas of the hotel need remodeling/ paint but otherwise its great stay very welcoming
