Easy and fairly comfortable. Airport shuttle was great. Thin walls and loud, but the price was right.

We arrived and was greeted and given our room Number 310 and key card Room 310 needs Attention the Carpets were bucketed in several locations with in the room "trip and fall hazards, the carpet was visalable Stained near refrigerator the left side light near bed was broken not working even after changing the bulb, the wooden furniture surface was beaten and someone drill holds in it ,One of the Curtain Rods for pulling the Curtains close was missing this room needs some Attention. I brought this to the attention of the front desk this morning and when I mentioned Room # 310 the desk clerk smiled with a light laugh and replied "Oh yes Room# 310 we know need some attention " with a smile on his face . Question what kind of place books rooms in this kind of Condition ??? I have some Pictures.

The shuttle was a no show. The reason for selecting this hotel was due to the shuttle service to the airport. Due to the no show, it put my husband twenty minutes behind. This is a major stress when you are trying to make your flight.

Stayed here for almost a week with no clean sheets or service when I asked many times . This is not the place to stay . Everyone shows up for the check and not the care of the customer . No apologies for no service this place I’m disappointed in because I really thought it was a better place .

It was an ok stay. The neighboring room was talking to someone on the speaker phone for a long while and the walls seemed paper thin as the voices sounded like it was in our room. Other than that it was fine.

Had to get a hotel at 11 pm after our flight left without us (after being told all flights were being held). We had no luggage. We called the hotel to inquire about the shuttle. We booked the hotel got our room and all I wanted to do was wash my hands and there was no soap. My husband went down to inquire and was told that there was no soap in the hotel. it would’ve been nice that we have been told there was no soap when we called to inquire about the shuttle. So we could not wash our hands and we could not take a shower. We found out from other guests that their rooms had no soap. Also I then read a review a day after we got back from someone who said that they had been told that they had had no soap for two weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. I not feel every time I check into a hotel. I have to ask him if they have soap and toilet paper. The front desk did not seem to be sympathetic or care and offered no solutions. Someone should’ve gone to the local Walmart and bought every bar soap so that they could be put in the rooms, we will be requesting a full refund.

When booking I used my credit card to hold the reservation, knowing my mother would pay with her credit card upon checkin. We checked in, my mother paid bill with her credit card. The next day I reviewed my credit statement and found that my credit card had also been billed for all the same exact fees. I called the hotel and while they did remove most of the fees it took multiple calls and persistence on my part to get resolution. 3 days later I was alerted by my credit card company to several large fraudulent charges on my credit card - totaling a large sum of money. While I have no proof - I know that the root cause of these fraudulent charges was this hotel. Upon return from our trip, it took 10 phone calls to get confirmation that a shuttle would be picking us up - they finally showed but it was extremely frustrating.

Stayed here bc of the airport shuttle. The last two times we have ended up having to pay for an uber. The first time we had to be on the first shuttle to get to BWI in time and we were told we needed to call ahead to get on the list (we didn't get there until after 10 pm). This last time, I tried to call and was told we had to checkin to get on the list. My husband drove down and back home to check in to make sure we would be able to get the first shuttle. The next morning, we (and 4 other parties) were left standing at the shuttle waiting for the driver to show up. (Apparently, one of the parties said he was very late the day before, which is why they missed their flight and were rescheduled to the next morning.). We could not wait longer than the ½ hour, so yet again we paid for an uber. Conclusion: Fine place to stay, but DO NOT COUNT ON THE SHUTTLE!!!!!!

Check in went smooth, or so I thought. After being out all day, I come back to my key not working. Upon returning to the front desk, I’m told that my room was never properly checked into and they had issued keys for my room, to another guest, and didn’t have a clue who was actually assigned to the room where my belongings were. Also, I paid extra for a suite so that we could have 3 beds (1 being a pullout) and not share, but there was no bedding in the room for the pullout. After being out all I contacted the front desk to receive bedding and was told they had no clean laundry. Why isn’t bedding readily available in rooms where pull outs are assigned? It’s not like every room is a suite. If I pay extra for a thing, I expect to have access to said thing my entire stay. Otherwise, compensation for the lack of access should be offered. We finally got linen for the pullout the next afternoon once laundry was done…the pullout bed was horrible and very uncomfortable. I’ll never book a suite here again.

We stayed here before catching a 6_00 am flight out of BWI. It was fine and had the few things we were looking for: a bed, bathroom with shower, clean conditions and a restaurant right next door. It also offered long term parking for a little less than the airport rate and a shuttle to and from.

I love that they have coffee available for the guest in the lobby 24 hrs a day. I also love the fireplace. The room was large and very comfortable. My only problem was the refrigerator froze my Jimmy John sandwich

Positives: Convenient location, staff was really friendly and had decent options for the included breakfast.
Negatives: Carpets and elevators throughout the hotel were really dirty and everything had a bit of an odor. The carpet in our room was damp in several places, the furniture was very beat up, insulation busting out from under the air conditioning unit, mold growing in places in the bathtub, dirt and stains on the walls, etc.

We booked two nights through your site mainly due to the advertised free shuttle and free parking. Little did we know that the shuttle did not run 24 hours and parking is an additional cost per night when not staying on site. Your site was misleading and caused great confusion. Needless to say, we paid a significant fee for a 3:15 AM shuttle to the airport and an additional chunk of money for the parked car. The person at the counter seemed disinterested in our questions/concerns. Basically, she didn’t care. Our American Airlines return flight was delayed one day, and we didn’t stay in the booked room upon return. However, since we tried to cancel in the early morning (3:00AM) of the day, we could not do so. Therefore, the second experience was disappointing since the delayed flight was out of our control and we still paid for room. Overall, we will not return to this hotel.

for hotel issues and concerns but was very nice and professional.
No cameras on the floors and we didn’t feel safe after two Big construction workers held the hotel door open to their room located next to the elevator and both immediately rushed out their room when my daughter passed bye and tried to enter the elevator with my daughter. Thankful she closed it and got downstairs safely.
