Hotel was perfect for our quick one night layover. Close to the airport and shuttle service was perfect.

I was glad I booked months in advance since there was major events going at the same time. This was a pre-board stay for a cruise. The staff here was excellent with an airport shuttle service to front desk and the gentleman that worked in the breakfast room. They all were very polite and accommodating to our needs. I felt extra safe with the New York police training academy right across the street. Thank you

The motel staff was very accommodating, the motel was safe, nicely priced and clean. My daughter loved their complimentary breakfast every morning.

Lobby was dirty when we arrived. No seats available in the small breakfast area. Very noisy with airplane traffic. Beware, if you need parking it is very limited.

We were honestly very happily surprised by this hotel. It’s a relatively cheap airport hotel, we were expecting the usual bad service, eye raising cleanliness, uncomfortable beds and disgusting breakfast! But everything was the opposite! VERY CLEAN, people at breakfast and at reception cleaning all the time, COMFORTABLE BEDS, very decent breakfast with scrambled eggs, Chobani yogurts, bagels and cream cheese, juices, coffee, waffles…for the price, it was really good!

The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are not well maintained. The elevator is very slow (only 1), the hotel is located in the middle of a heavy Industrial zone, nothing available within a walking distance.

The closeness of transportation and decent breakfast

Location was good for what we needed. Very little parking in hotel lot. Had to search for parking on side streets. Breakfast area was overcrowded and difficult to navigate.

I was prepared for the noise. We booked this hotel due to an overnight layover after traveling for 20 hours. Needed the hotel transport, contacted in advance. Was disappointed to have to pay for a lyft as no spots on the shuttle. The hotel staff was hard working and pleasant.. not their fault. But don't offer hotel transport, take reservations that rely on it, then not have it available. Or at least respond prior to arrival so other arrangements can be made.

I would have given the property a higher score if it was not for the odd, unpleasant smell in the room (musty/mold?). Would have asked for another room, but we were dead tired when we checked in at 9pm.
Otherwise the hotel was clean, the staff was great, the airport shuttle was on time, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Conveniently located, our room was clean. Elevator was broken and had to use the stairs a couple of times. But they did let me know when I checked in that the maintenance person was coming in the following day.

This hotel itself is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is limited parking at this site and unbelievably there was only 1 handicapped spot for the whole hotel. I am fairly sure that is not ADA compliant.
When I checked in the lobby was extremely noisy. I felt bad for the night shift auditor trying to do her job in all of that noise. The halls and rooms were very quiet though.
I have no complaint about my room.

The front desk staff were nice. The smell of the lobby and the room were so unpleasant. Even the outside entrance smells. Need serious pressure wash. The sheets and the room were clean and nice but the bed is horrible. We were sinking. I did not sleep at all.

Eggs not good. Planes from LaGuardia loud first few days then got used to them.
