Pool is always Closed! When going into the room I noticed a sound like a panting dog, the fridge wasn't working properly. I needed this for my prepared food for my allergy kid. Front desk said they could help but never did (only one staff member available), bathroom floor was sinking every time we used the bathroom. I had to get another room as we had a family member show up later and their room was fine. I asked front desk if we could move near them since we didn't have a working fridge and condition of room they said no. They ended up replacing fridge next day which was our final day by this time I had our food in the other room. Had my family member speak with Manager and he was extremely rude the staff member at night was more kind and had better customer service than the manager. We have stayed here for years and based on customer service this will be the last time we stay.

Another stay at this location while working in Deming. I will be returning soon and will stay here again. I highly recommend this location!! It is a great price for a location that provides a decent breakfast, excellent beds, spacious rooms and conveniently located!!

The property was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good with several choices, and the room was a good size.
One negative. We had a handicap assessable room. I thought it was odd that all assessable rooms are on the second floor, and had a bathtub instead of a shower. I'm glad I'm no longer in a wheelchair because trying to get in a bathtub would've been impossible.
Other than that, I would stay there again.

We stayed 3 days and the only reason we were still there on day 3 was because it was paid in full. ZERO housekeeping done on our room. We had to buy towels and toilet paper at Walmart. Ridiculous.

All went well during our stay staff mainly front desk was friendly and helpful, we had an issue in the room itself, the blow dryer attached to the wall when in use smoked and was burning (no flame) we didn’t get that far with the blow dryer but it got extremely hot and smoked to the point of that to happen next, was not checked by staff after each stay. Management definitely needs to address that and make sure all appliances are up to standard and safety

Room 108 should only be occupied as a last resort. I thought I read a previous review that said the granite(?) countertop had a large crack. I think we got the same room. HUGE crack in the counter, front to back, around the sink. Overall, room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was pleasant. Pool water was not very clear, but we still swam.

Rooms were nice and comfortable but service was poor, I booked a 4 night stay to attend a funeral 2nd night our room was not clean bed wasn’t made and our towels were on the floor where we left them, I asked to get my room cleaned the next day and they did the 4 th day our bed was not made and the trash was not picked up I guess you have to ask to get your room cleaned and get clean towels, nice location and nice hotel but service is poor

The front desk clerk was never around to answer questions, pool never had towels so you had to go hunt the front desk girl to get some who again was never at her desk. You don't get made service unless requested so our room wasn't restocked with towels the shower with. Breakfast was decent.

From checking in to dirty room to vending machines not working the whole stay was just one disappointment after another. Comfort Inn & Suites should pull their franchise. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will NEVER stay here again.

Very good, comfortable hotel. The girl that checked me in was very helpful. when I told her that I have mobility issues she gave us a first floor room near an exterior door that we could park by. Very accommodating. We will stay here again.
