it was O.K

When I first entered I walked towards the front desk then the phone rang. The front desk decided to tend to the call all the way before myself. I ordered a suite and if that's the best they have in very disappointed. The room had pennies and coins on the ground, crumbs on the floor. The towels appeared discolored, dirty and old. Stains on the sofas. It appeared the room wasn't cleaned and I hope they at least switched the linen. I checked in late and was tired so I didn't go complain. It wasnt even 11 at check out time and I was asked 3 times between 10-11 if I was checking out already. This is my first stay at La Quinta and based on this experience... Never again

This La Quinta needs some fixing up. Stains on the walls, scuffs on the room doors, broken tiles in the elevator, duct tape covering a button in the elevator. Odds and ends that show this hotel is overdue for upgrades. The person at the front desk was wonderful, cheerful and kind. The beds were comfortable, but nothing really smelled fresh.

Thank you for a comfortable stay. Weary travelers got some well needed rest. Hotel staff was very friendly recommended excellent restaurant and was engaging. We really really appreciated it!!

My stay was great

Beds are quite uncomfortable, very worn out. Air conditioner was extremely noisy to the point we ended up turning it off. Location is very convenient off I-10. Staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast in the morning was good as well. Rooms are clean but in need of updating. Gave it 2 stars for the bed and air con issues.

Room had broken TV, lamp not working right, broken sink, moldy tub, pool looked dirty which was one of the reasons this hotel was picked. Staff was friendly and helpful but mysteriously disappeared around 9 pm. Another customer had to call someone to come to the hotel to check them. I had to leave a note for the food we needed. Luggage carts need replacing. Bedroom area was clean and tidy. Refrigerator wasn't cold enough.

The first room we were given was not cleaned. The second room had roaches. The first room had defects.

Attendant Elora was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean, the bathroom was a little rough. But overall a pleasant stay.

Pool was not up to par. I was really disappointed. We picked this location based on reviews about the pool. Don't advertise things you don't have, like a nice heated pool, and a hot tub. Pool wasn't even open on time, I had to clean the pool myself because there were so many bugs and debris in it. After we had been there for about 30 minutes they finally came in and tested the chemicals in the pool. Told us it was okay to swim in the pool, but not to touch the hot tub. This pool was ice water cold, the kind that takes your breath away and makes you think you're going to die, and the hot tub was too hot to use... My 3-year-old was not able to swim for more than a few minutesl. The only reason I rated this was because the Staff was absolutely incredible!

We got 2 rooms one shower was very dirty but other room a/c sucked. Front staff was lovely though!

Some of the 300 number rooms are beautiful remodeled the other rooms are dog filthy and cat filthy in the number 100 rooms no ice on second floor little things but they add

The staff were very friendly and courteous. They seem to really care about their guest. The lobby was clean and spacious.

The hotel is dated, stains on bedding, old very worn furniture. I can’t stress enough how old and worn the furniture was. The chalking on base of toilet was half on and half off. Only positive was staff. On this site the hotel is rated a 7! I would hate to see a 6 rated hotel. Rating was definitely misleading. I’m questioning if I can trust Expedia to guide me to a quality hotel.

Good 👍😊 and fair stay

I reserved a room with 2beds and a sofa bed but I was told they didn’t have a sofa bed, so I requested a cot or roller bed and they didn’t have one so my son had to sleep on the floor. I requested toothpaste and shampoo but was told that they were out of stock. I had been driving for 12 hours after a hard move and was looking forward to a long hot bath but instead had to shower with low water pressure because the stopper was not in the tub and I couldn’t screw it in due to the drain being full of hair. I pulled out a handful but couldn’t get it all out. The shower head had calcium buildup on it so water flow was limited. I also noticed that there was some mildew on the ceiling. I requested a discount but they said that I had to contact Expedia for it. The manager came in the room before I checked out the bathroom and she said that she would have someone paint the ceiling and that the water pressure was like that in all the rooms and basically dismissed my concerns.

The room was quite large which was great. It was old and needed some work. The carpet was frayed and the furniture was old. We would stay there again.

The lady who checked us in was awesome,, total joy to talk with!

The check in was ok when asking what direction our room was she was very short and rude. The room was horrible broke down closet didn't shut tv lower then bed toilet all busted and glued fridge didn't work. Mattress was built up with sheets or something it was horrible.

The shower in my room had no water pressure at all so i took a drippy shower also the bed was sunkin in. I would not stay here again.

Phone didn't work. Only 1 light worked in room. Wood furniture was old and falling apart. No biscuits and gravy for breakfast..Fort Stockton, Texas La Quinta was way better

Good breakfast, clean room, nice facility at a decent price. Would stay at again.

Our sheets had stains on one of our beds. Very disappointed.

Was hard to see entrance from the road. They need a light or reflectors so you know where to turn in
