From checking in to checking out the customer service was awful. They claim to be a 4* hotel however their is no room service or wifi in the bedrooms apart from the main reception area. The porter refused to help with taking the luggage to the bedroom and taking out from bedroom. I paid for a double room with double bed and sea view and was given a room with two single beds and no sea view. When asked why they refused to provide me with a reason. The breakfast and dinner buffet hardly had enough food. They close restaurant at 20.30. Very frustrating and awful stay for me and my husband.

Having returned home to find my entire hotel bill has been duplicated/taken 3 times, whatever positives of this hotel are completely overshadowed by this incident. I spoke to the hotel manager at the time in regards to my concerns over the duplicate payments after being told they had been “rejected”, which was refuted by my bank who confirmed they had been approved. The hotel insisted this couldn’t possibly be the case! I now find myself in the position of having to spend my own time and effort recovering these monies. In the meantime the hotel refused to return my passport on the basis I hadn’t paid for the room! DO NOT book this hotel unless you pay in advance. It’s either a scam or complete incompetence in regards to the front desk at this hotel. Deeply unhappy with the whole experience.

I liked everything, you are asking too much writing, everything is not enough ?

In general I would recommend the hotel. The animation and service is good. Tips I would give tot the waiters to be a little more friendly. For example to say goodmorning or hello to everybody, even if they are used to unfriendly clients. One downside is that we Found cigarettes underneath the seat and our lavabo was Broken and only fixed on the last day. The cleaning lady left the lavabo full with water. We understand that it is difficult tot do good for everybody, so we were happy in general.

Generally speaking , The Hotel was Great , the Pool , food , staff .. except the WiFi is only available by the reception - no kettle to make a cup of coffee or tea not necessary but should be .. the food in main restaurant not really impressing .. the hotel needs more improvement on all of it’s different sections .. when I pre booked on Expedia , at arrival time they told me u only booked for 2 adult and I actually pre booked 1 adult and 2 kids .. hotel reception not updated of all pre booked holidays . ( must be improved ) Kind regards overall it’s a decent hotel

Very good hotel with great staff who do their best to make your holiday even better. Animation, waiters, reception everybody work hard and make you smile all the time. Territory is big and comfortable for relaxed time. Food is good enough. Would sure come back in summer

Amazing hotel staff f4om cleaners to reception all helpful well mannered people and very fremdly hotel was lovely good fresh and hot although not to many peoples taste s3em3d aimed at eastern europeans. Had a lovely hastle free beach and relaxing hotel

the stay was great overall i liked the hotel. it is quiet big with direct access to the beach. the rooms are clean and everything in good condition. the food was good but just very similar everyday so always almost the same food offered. the animation is to be improved with better ideas. i liked the hotel.and considering coming back to it in the future. i would like to thank Amine at the reception for his kindness and hospitality such a very nice guy.

Great location with beautiful beach , beautifully landscaped pool. The spa facility is awesome but the rooms are moderate. Plenty to do on the beach ; enjoy

I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff. While they were all welcoming, kind, and certainly met expectations, they really made no efforts to go above expectations. The pools were beautiful and well maintained. The food was adequate. The hotel is situation in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We would consider staying there again during the summer.
