the location of the hotel is perfect, the staff is helpfull and ready to help when ever its needed. the looby is very small, the breakfast is very good. the one thing that was'nt good its a strange noice in the bathroom.

A complete disaster, please don't ever think to go to this hotel.

Ligging was perfect, centraal en alles was op loop afstand.

The room seemed modern and relatively clean, but there was a strong smell of sewage whenever the AC was turned off. Additionally, whenever somebody above our room flushed the toilet, there was a fairly loud sound. Insulation between the rooms was poor, we could hear our neighbors throughout the night very loudly. Breakfast was ok, the staff was not particularly welcoming but not rude either. The location is certainly great, but I would not choose this hotel again, which is why I gave only a mediocre rating.

The room was beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable. A well stocked mini fridge.

Very well positioned in Wenceslas Square, 100 metres from he Mustek tube lift exit, so no problem with luggage. The reception is adjacent to the restaurant [good food] and we were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the vaulted ceiling room of the restaurant was absolutely perfect and a shame to leave it. A very pleasant stay and should I return to Prague I would be happy to stay here again.

Centrally located with easy access to the train station, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

We were on my daughters hen weekend so had 4 rooms and each room was clean and comfortable. Hotel arranged airport pick ups and we requested rooms close by which we were given. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty to choose from, especially as we had a vegan in our party. All staff we friendly, especially lady in dining room - after 1st morning she reserved us the same table each morning. The only complaint would be the rooms were extremely warm, I asked at reception for a fan, was informed they did not have any but housekeeping came to room and switched off radiator, room most of the time was still uncomfortably hot.

Fabulous location. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast. Lov staff, especially the night duty guy.would highly recommend.

Hotel very nice and fantastic location, great for walking to old town square and other tourist sites. Had a room to the front with a view of Wenceslas Square but room was absolutely silent. Friends had room to rear which had its own lounge area as well. Only had breakfast which was served downstairs (definitely not suitable if you've any mobility problems) and had read reviews re staff, service charges, etc, but had no issues whatsoever. Only problem was we had booked hotel taxi for our arrival and it wasnt there at airport so had to just make own arrangements. Not great start. Mentioned to receptionist on arrival but she didn't seem that interested. Worked fine on return to airport though. Would recommend hotel

I arrive at 11:00, I ask if I can get the room early. The answer was that I have to pay 50€!! “Only cash”I gone, and back in the time. The breakfast was good, the location is great!

Clean modern room and bathroom comfy beds . Hotel excellent location at the end of wenceslas square less than 10 min stroll to old square nice walk to Charles bridge castle etc. A right turn out of hotel with a 5 min walk takes you to a Tesco . Breakfast was a decent quality.

There are two major issues: firstly we were given the keys to a room on the 4th floor where it was impossible for us (or anyone over the age of 5) to use the shower, due to a leaning wall invading the space above the bath. We eventually were given another room, one on the small side, but after going through some aggressive, intense questioning. We were amazed that a 4-star hotel even dares to offer you a room where you practically can't use the shower. The second issue is the breakfast room, which is in the basement (level -2) with no lift serving it. We saw an elderly couple deciding not to bother after seeing the number of stairs they had to go down, and later climb again.

The stay was excellent. Clean, comfortable hotel, with professional, courteous staff with a helpful, willingness to assist attitude.

The location of the hotel was really good but at night it gets really noisy almost all night long. The room looked nice but the bed was very uncomfortable and the plumbing in the bathroom needed fixing.

In geral was a good experience. Great location, very near to all touristic points in Prague 1. The room was big and good, but the shower was not clean. The hotel staff was friendly, but we has a problem with the bar. We were in 3 and one of my friends was in the washroom. The waiter said he wouldn't order and bring our drinks before my friend come back because it was to much job to go and back 2 times.

Very nice hotel close to Wenseslas and Old town markets. Subway just outside. Staff at reception excellent and very helpful. Would go back again.

How this Hotel is rated as a 4 star I will never know this is 100% a 3 star or 3.5 star at best. Great location, no facilities, very small bedroom and poorly planned Bath/shower as screen was at one end of the bath and and the shower attachment was at the other end. Furniture in the room was limited as only one bedside unit no drawers and a very small cupboard. Very good mini bar etc although this doesnt affect the rating .The room was very quiet but no view at all.Breakfast was very nice and a decent selection of food and drink.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Central location. Reception staff very welcoming and accommodating. Some restaurant staff over attentive towards my sons 18 year old girlfriend making her feel very uncomfortable. Double room was two singles pushed together and not enough storage space. Do not visit if you have mobility issues as breakfast served down 2.5 flights of stairs!!

The hotel was fine but we weren't keen on the adjoining restaurant. We were supposed to get 28% discount and no cover charge but the staff didn't appear to know this as we were over charged the first night. After that we went to the sister hotel in the New Town and it was half the price

We stayed at Hotel Prague Inn for 4 nights from Monday to Friday in mid July. The reception staff were very friendly and stored our luggage as we arrived quite early. We we able to check in at 2pm and were allocated room 106 on the first floor which looked out towards the shop New Yorker. The room was adequately sized for what we required as was only going to be a base for our travels. The old town square is literally 2-3 minutes walk via a couple of different routes, and the powder tower is a similar distance via another road. Despite being on the edge of Wenceslas Square we found it to be fairly quite in the room, in fact the most noise came from the air conditioning unit. The breakfast is of a standard quality from our experiences travelling around Europe to this level of hotel. The staff were all very attentive, friendly, and spoke very good English. Our room was cleaned daily to an exceptional standard as well. We didn'the eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel so cannot comment on that, but it always seemed busy outside when we arrived back at the hotel and went out in the evening. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague.
