Very old and dirty. Room smell moldy

It was good there seem to have fruit flys in this room this time over all it was good.

Our room was great - clean and comfortable. It was noisy on the Saturday night. We think it was the base from the bar music, and the wind whistled, as we were a corner room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the room. We will be back.

This is an older hotel and not a fancy property, but offers very good value. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Pet friendly booking did NOT disclose a $20 pet sir charge which equates to 20% increase in the room cost. Complete and full cost disclosure should be standard!

I went in this hotel with my 2 dogs..and they treat my dog like a king...very nice people. The bed a little bit uncomfortable Very good and nice breakfast .

The building is pretty old, but the room is clean and the washroom is renovated. It was a comfortable stay.

It was okay the front staff lady was very nice and helpful. The room was big and spacious but you could tell the renos in bathroom and room weren't done well and looked like in poor condition, ceiling had stains and around walls and the floor carpet felt very dirty, I kept my shoes on walking around. Some towels had stains and the bathroom tub facet to turn water on wasn't on properly(was loose from wall) and hard to turn as well as on backwards I think.I thought I had turned the water off but I could still hear it running so had to keep turning it until the noise stopped. They may want to double check the room I stayed on 2nd floor. I arrived in the evening and didn't want to have to leave again so stuck it out for 2 nights but extended my trip a day and booked a different hotel for my last night in the city. The area seemd sketchy(there was a guy at bus stop right in front of the hotel who was just hanging around the night I arrived(. There is a cannibas and liquor stores across the street in a strip mall, it just gave me bad vibes and was dark area with not much life around. I took bus throughout my trip and ran back to hotel from bustop each night. Wouldn't recommend to stay unless you have a car you can quickly get into. Wouldn't stay again as a couple transfers to get to WEM and the bus stop transfer place in middle of highways. I love expedia and reviews usually help me a lot to decided to try this hotel as it eat reviews but it wasn't for me.

Staff were amazing! Very friendly and they treated my pups super well! The facility is a little outdated but the place was very clean. The included Breakfast was pretty decent too. Air conditioner was temperamental. Thank you!

Love staying here. Economical, very clean and staff always friendly and helpful ! We did have an issue with rowdy next door guests, but that is no fault of the hotel. Will be a return guest!

Very clean and very nice stuffs. The hotel is a bit old but very clean.

Good and convenient

Absolutely loved the staff. The room was very spacious and super comfy bed. The outside appearance of the hotel definitely deceives how it looks on the inside ;). There was some wear and tear on the chairs in the room but that doesn’t matter so long as the rest of the room is clean and well kempt! Limited breakfast selection, but the hotel is joint with various other business including a convenience store!

bed was great. firm but it might not what anyone would like. breakfast is good, they keep filling up and ensure everything is always available. water could be stronger.... need a little bit more TLC with cleaning especially in the bathroom. front reception people are very nice, helpful and cheerful.

Property is conveniently located on Edmontons southside. Perfect if you're in town to do anything with the university

Not too far from University of Alberta. Food outlets and convenience store just next to the hotel. Next to a main road. Spacious room with two queen beds. Building needs upgrades and maintenance. Very noisy window air conditioner. No USB charging points. Power points were few. Cleanliness is the most concerning aspect. Stained comforter, towel, sticky washroom floor. Upon request, there was no spare comforter. Staff provided a clean thick sheet as alternative. Housekeeping staff only available until 2 pm. Room supplies were scanty. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Fewer vanity items. No complementary water bottles. Free breakfast had very few items.
