Nice property with lovely views, pool and spa area was very good. Breakfast has lots of options and doesn’t feel overly crowded for a large hotel.

Very simply, the best Hotel We have ever stayed at the facilities and staff are amazing, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and the views of the harbour are stunning, we were only let down by the weather, we will definitely return for more!!❤️

Wonderful stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous hotel. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating making our stay so enjoyable. From the arrival, when we are welcomed with fresh flowers and welcome notes, until the last day. Hotel Liburnia/Ambasador is so fortunate to have such an amazing team: Marina Srbljanin, Danijela, Timka, Veljko, and Magdalena, just to name a few who made our stay so wonderful. Our room was clean, and very comfortable, with a wonderful view of Opatija, and the Adriatic sea. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Opatija. We have stayed at many hotels, but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much!! Hvala puno!

Overpriced, very uncomfortable, no space on pool or on what they call “private beach”, dogs barking and peeing everywhere even in the elevators, from the room you can clearly hear next door room talking, staf very unfriendly, check-in way too slow.. not a 5 star hotel by any standard, maybe a low 3 star at best..

Excellent room, view and pool. Average meal, but the hotel was great.

We had a room with the sea view and was worth the price of the room. Everything is within walking distance and you have access to the beach from the hotel. Their breakfast was on a different level and I enjoyed every bit of it. Just be mindful that the hotel parking may get full, and you have to park in the parking space in front of the hotel, which is considered public parking for a fee. While it is cheaper than hotel parking, it is a bit of an inconvenience.

Great hotel, full service, fantastic food, good employes.

Everything was good, but AC in the full hotel was not working and it was extremely hot. In the room was so hot we were not able to sleep.

The AC in the whole hotel was broken - not nice in the sunmer heat! We got a room in an adjecent old building with a parking lot view - not 5 star. Food was good. No valet parking, no space in garage - that was bad. It took us an hour to park a car. No pool boy with the towels!

Beautiful location and renovation. Clean and a number of amenities. Great food. However, personnel need to be more informative on food options that are available. Customers should not have to ask if there is food/drinks served poolside, this information should be made available to customers automatically.

Jako lijepo renoviran hotel... plocice na bazenu jako skliske i to je jedini minus.. sve drugo cista 5. vidimo se opet.

We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend to all our friends. The pool area is big and you have your own private entrance area to the beach. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on there faces and would return again next time. Thank you to all.
