Just an ok stay, the hotel is in need of a renovation as it seems stuck in the 90's. The room fridge is empty as you have to go downstairs to get any snacks which isnt convenient. The bed wasnt very comfortable, i had made several requests and all were denied ( higher floor, a better view , away from the noise, late checkout) due to them being occupied but i didnt see many people in the hotel so not sure whats going on there

There could have been many basic aspects which this hotel could have fulfilled but it failed in each one of them:
-Rude and unhelpful staff

-Food is terrible
-Rooms are basic and lack comfortable

Check-in lady forgot to have a rollaway bed prepared for us even though she said there were 1 king size bed and another small bed for 3 adults. We had to call from our room to let reception know.
Couple of stains in the carpet, otherwise it was a big, clean , nice room with all the amenities. It’s an old hotel, no outlet for cellphones near the bed. AC quite loud and couldn’t get cold enough

This hotel for the price needs some updating. Bathroom tub and sink drains don’t work well. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection.

Main positive is the location and the view - well worth paying for the lake view. Rooms are large and ok. Overall hotel a bit scruffy - paint scuffed, carpets with holes in, corridors not very clean. Restaurant very hit and miss, some dishes really good but others just ok and service is so slow that food tends to arrive cold. Breakfast is pretty ordinary for that class of hotel. Staff are also hit and miss, some very helpful, others not very interested. We had amazing weather so didn't really care!

Beautiful views across Lake Geneva in a cute sleepy town. The staff at the Hilton were so friendly - made sure the kids had games and coloring books. Bed was super comfy, rooms were very big. Wish we had used the spa - outdoor pool looked great too but obviously not open in February!

Got tricked into thinking Switzerland currency could be used in France, usually in other places (e.g Austria) they tell you that other currencies that are not euros could not be used there. I overpaid them in the wrong currency and they did not give back the remainder when I told them about it the next day. The bathtub is too high on the inside and it’s too steep trying to get out. One could slip, especially the glass blocking the shower head, it does not close all the way which water got all over the floor. Very dangerous .

We had a great time at your hotel, staff was awesome (speacially Sharlene, very kind and pretty) and the location was very convenient. One thing I could advise is to do a little upgrade in the rooms, the carpet was very filthy and dirty, the bathroom door knob was coming off and the shower door couldn't be completely shut. Thank you for everything!

It is a lovely property in a great location. Two things that could be improved: The carpet in the room was very worn. The wait staff are too quick to remove plates from tables: many times my plate was removed before I had finished my breakfast. And my coffee cup was removed time after time....it was annoying.

Shower could not be used as it had been incorrectly fitted and if used flooded room. Hotel unable to fix. For a 4* hotel appalling. Offered a couple of cocktails as recompense. Will be taking this up at group level as basically room not fit for purpose.

Reception staff , efficient friendly polite and helpful. James in the restaurant along with chef ( BBQ) excellent. Treatment in Spa very good, however ambience in treatment room disappointing, as using hotel bedroom which required you to walk passed debris from room service in the corridor to access room, not conducive to a spa experience

Nous avons été déçu par le service la propreté et la qualité des repas. Pour une nuit à plus de 400 EUR, l'hôtel est vraiment au dessous des attentes. Le personnel est nouveau et pas très professionnel.
Cependant, nous avons apprécié l'emplacement , la chbre Deluxe et la qualité du SPA.

Great location! Right next to the city center as well as the water. Easy to walk all over. Well appointed rooms and beautiful common areas. You will have to pay to park, but it was only $16 USD for us for a full day and it’s connected to the hotel.

Hotel restaurant for dinner is overpriced with below average quality food. The food is prepared and presented well but the filet was tough with no flavour. For eating I would recommend the short walk into town. The hotel itself is reasonable and the staff are great. I was very disappointed with the executive lounge. VVERY limited food and drink offerings during happy hour and nothing was refilled during the 2-hour slot. Once it was gone, it was gone. I tried to open a door onto the outdoor patio and was ‘told off’ by a hotel staff member. Apparently I was supposed to use the door that was self-closing; not one of the many other doors that make up the access to the terrace.

You’ll never go wrong with Hilton. Great hotel location. Walk to restaurants. Shopping, and lake. Close to Evian resort Golf Course. Easy drive into Switzerland for a day trip. Nice helpful staff made it a pleasure to visit there. Very spacious and clean room. Breakfast is offered and a nice restaurant for dinner

Ok hotel. Very huge. There were a little issue with the lifts when we stayed. But other than that the staff, especially Rajni was wonderful. She was very friendly and engaging. Love her.
