I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this hotel staying several times for business or personal travel and I will never stay again. First room smelled so much of smoke I walked out and changed to another. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain water. Shower light was broken and didn’t turn on. Coffee machine in the room but no coffee capsules or tea like I had here last time I stayed. And the best? Someone else’s used bandaid found inside the bed. I didn’t even pack bandaids with me so 100% not mine. This place is actually disgusting now! There are many lovely and also affordable hotels in Zürich I’ll stay next time.

The check in was too complex and difficult and there was no one around to help. The place feels cold and unfriendly. Also my room on the second floor had only a small window - the room felt claustrophobic. There was no shower cap. The body wash and shampoo were the same. Just felt cheap. Also, I was stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes. The doors only opened because someone on the floor pushed the button. We had no maid service for three days. Evidently you needed to text or something for that to happen. Also the location was very difficult to get a cab and no front desk to order one. I will never stay here again.

The hotel, although not directly in the city, has many transport possibilities. Tram, bus or a direct train into the main station. It is also in the middle of a large shopping centre making it even more convenient for travelers not to venture into the busy city centre. Leaving the hotel by car there are a number of motorways only minutes away. The only disadvantage, there are no real views from the small windows.

Tip-top in Zurich!

Conveniently located, 15 minutes from Zurich main station. Modern, comfy and very quiet rooms. Sparkling clean. Super friendly and competent staff at the reception.

This is an amazing hotel. Very friendly staff. Amazing Breakfast buffet, free coffee, close to shops and great restaurants. Had a great cheese fondue nearby. Very conveniently located to Tram stop. Comfy bed, nice room. Loved this hotel!

We were on holiday and found this area convenient to trains and lots to do in the area.

Nice energy and very modern. Friendly staff. Had car parking which was important for my purposes. Very close to public transport which is key given slightly further out from city.

It was central to all we needed. We had a tram line close by to get about. Travel from and to airport was easy.

Love the location; tram stops at doorstep, a pretty good-sized new mall complete with supermarket, many great eateries & cinemas just behind the hotel, a metro station there as well. The location could not be more perfect, just minutes away from the main train station. We also love the design of the wash area: separate areas for wash basin, wc and shower, so we don’t get in the way of each other when getting ready. The Nespresso machine is also an added plus. Hope to stay there again in our next visits.

Excellent location! Adjacent to a shopping mall and so many small shops and great restaurants! This is somehow done without being overwhelming. The room was immaculate!Staff was very friendly and even gave us printouts to help us navigate around the city and make train connections. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, the tram let us off right across the street from the hotel.

Best hotel that I have stayed at for a while. Everything was top notch and was lovely. From ther room to the service to the breakfast you truly felt comfortable and taken care of. The rooms are very big and feel luxurious. Definately try this place out.

This hotel is pretty new and everything in the room is modern or upgraded. Location for the hotel is also very convenient. It is close to a shopping mall and several tram routes.

It was 97 one day and AC worked great.Staff was very helpful. Great location near a large Coop supermarket and trams.

Nice clean hotel, the staff were excellent. Perhaps one piece of good service sums it all up. Due to a freak incident there was no water, we were phoned immediately and within 5 mins a crate of mineral water appeared at our door to wash with and ease the burden the water cane back on in a matter of minutes anyway. The incident showed proactive attention to detail. Rooms clean and practical.

This hotel may be part of a large well known chain however the team make you feel that each person is important regardless of reason for stay or room booked. The customer service is absolutely excellent and they always remember if you are a repeat visitor, even if it is many months since your previous stay.
