I liked that it was quite. I didn't like the room smelled of roach spray and there were still roaches. The microwave looked like there had been a fire in it. So, didn't feel safe using it.

I checked in and went to my room 208. It was filthy. I had no towels and the toilet was dirty. I got up during the night and turned on the light and roaches started running everywhere. I will NOT ever stay at this place again. I talked to the lady with blue hair at the desk and she gave me towels.

Roaches, the shower was held together with zip ties and there is a light in the window that makes the room light up all day. And no comforter just 2 sheets

I wouldn't know where to start ... this was the worst hotel I've ever seen or stayed in. When I arrived, after driving for 6 hours, I had to wait for the front desk person to return, only to learn that my reservation had been cancelled because of double-booking. They did get me a room on the smoking floor (I had requested non-smoking) with 1 bed instead of 2. The room was old, unclean, smelly, sticky floors, 1 tiny bar of soap, 1 pillow. Then the front door clerk knocked on my door at 1:00 in the morning - he had the wrong room. I would sleep in my car before I would stay here again. Bad neighborhood and vagrant-looking characters camped out in the parking lot on all sides of the hotel. No amenities to speak of. I could go on but I'm exhausted.

Hotel smelt like marijuana, supposed to be non-smoking. Bed looked as if sheets hadn’t been washed and bathtub has rings and dirt sitting in it.

Our stay was quiet and safe. Thank you.

The room wasnt cleaned at all. They whole place looks like it could use a very good cleaning.

While the staff was incredibly nice, this place was very unsanitary. It said it was a no-smoking facility and upon entering the elevator there was stale smoke smell everywhere. Upon entering my room I spotted three roaches in three minutes. The floor of the bedroom was clearly unswept and I was not even willing to sit on the bed as it too was clearly filthy. Despite the friendly and helpful staff I would not stay here again. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

First of all, I can't believe that Expedia has this hotel in their system. I want a full refund for this stay!!!!! The front desk was unattended upon check-in; it took over :45minutes to finally check-in even though the desk attendant stopped processing our reservation to help an existing customer with their issue. The room wasn't ready upon arrival; the hotel was overbooked? The room key machine was not working; there was significant wall damage all over the room; the toilet was absolutely gross; there was drywall damage and needed repair. The refrigerator had dents in it; the floor was sticky. There were no curtains, just blinds that did not keep out the "neon light" sign that was blinking/flashing all night long. The bed sheets had "burn holes" in them. The WiFi did not work. Coming back the second evening, the front desk had us listed as a "no show" in the computer but we were able to finally get functioning room keys.

Woodsprings suites in Waco was a horrible experience. The first room they showed us was so filthy. Even the floors were sticky. So they offered us another room. Did a cursory look at the room the floors weren’t sticky said OK because we had somewhere to be. Later that evening when we came back and got a closer look at the room and my wife was going to try to take a bath we started seeing the amount of filth in the room even had roach bait plainly stuck on the walls accessible to children and pets. Attempted to get a refund to go to another hotel and was told no refund policy and that there was nothing they could do for us. The desk clerk seemed unconcerned, did not offer to clean the room, and only said she would let housekeeping know when they came in. No manager on duty to talk to, and was generally completely unhelpful. We left and checked into another hotel without any satisfaction from WoodSpring suites.

Had a lot of difficulty checking in. The bed in the room wasnt made properly. There are also roaches.

booked a room and arrived after 8pm and the office was closed so we had to book another hotel elsewhere. Out the money and the stay.

Stay was horrible.. Arrived at 7pm clerk was not at desk to check me in had to dial a extension number to have her come down. When she did she insisted that I did not have a room booked when my room was paid for weeks in advance. Very unprofessional and never received my deposit back.

It was good location and convenient, amenities were good, perfect for road trip.

I killed 3 cockroaches, staff didnt seemed surprised. They offered me a different room it was just as dirty and wore out. They did clean my room for me the fallowing day. The bugs kept comming in though.

Easy ck in…needs ice machine on premises

The hotel has roaches really bad at least on the third floor really bad,they were in the bathroom and bedroom, I was killing roaches alnight

The clerk was super friendly and helpful during check in. No frills for sure. Limited necessary amenities. Two bath towels, 1 bath mat, no wash rags, no coffee pot. Kitchenette seemed cleaned, even though roaches were present. Clipped fingernails discovered on the poorly dressed bed. TV had plasma damage. Showered with high pressure hot water.

As soon as we got into the room and flicked the lights on we saw roaches. It was not worth what we spent, we would have been better off at a Motel 6.

There’s no staff after 10 we went for Dinner after we came back our key didn’t worked any more and nobody was able to help Us getting in our room so we had to sleep in the truck

Puddles of water in floor and short staffed. Took front desk a long time to change my room and there was a puddle of water under a/c unit in the second room also.

This is complete false advertisement! The rooms are DISGUSTING and nothing how they are advertised. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there were crawling bugs all on the floor. The front desk staff was extremely nice, I’ll give it that. She admitted that this property only has one housekeeper for a place that has four floors of rooms. Unacceptable. I knew the reviews were so so, but this property should not exist on Hotels.com.

I like the location close to Baylor and interstate.

Last night there, fire alarms went off every 30 minutes starting at 11pm still going off at 6am next day. People outside fighting in the middle of the night

This is not a place a person can stay when they need a night's sleep while traveling. The room smells terrible, and security alarms go off throughput the night. Sleep is not possible in this environment. When i went to check out @ 630am, there was an intense domestic disturbance blocking the exit. I felt unsafe the whole time. No rest.

When we first walked in, I smelled straight dog pee. The microwave had a lot of food spilled on the microwave plate (so was not cleaned at all), there was hair on the bathroom sink and toilet, and the fridge handle had a Cheetos fingerprint on it. Also, the shower barely drained. We stayed one night so we didn’t make any complaints. Just that there was a hole already in the wall… The bed was alright.. I had to use my own because the one provided had a stain. But the AC was cold which was great!

Property looked nice from the outside, however, the inside needed updating, also there were stains on the sheets. I had 2 rooms, and my daughter complained her bed was broken. I highly suggest someone tour the facility and upgrade each room.
