Marci the owner was very accommodating and served an exceptional breakfast each morning. The decor, many of her own whimsical drawings on the walls, are fantastic and give the inn a very unique ambience. The beds were comfortable and rooms more than adequate. Very convenient to Six Flags and much better than a hotel room. We loved our stay there and will go back again for sure.

very charming property. classic style of a bed & breakfast. Daily homemade breakfast which was nice-- would be nicer to have some options, toast, cereal etc rather than just the same thing for every guest, however the food was good, just sparse. Tea/coffee always available. Very cute set-up for a breakfast bar, or can eat outside on the porch. The staff (I think the owner?) Marci was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms seem nicely decorated with modern bathroom. Our room was Anthony's Room-- it was a bit small and there was no where to sit to eat our take-out dinner while watching TV except on the bed which can get messy-- I would recommend to the property to offer trays so guests can more easily eat in bed while watching TV as there was no sitting area for that in our room. Some of the other rooms seem larger with more sitting space. TV includes netflix. Overall the property itself was quiet, but the hospital is across the street (ambulances), and we were on the first floor and could hear the guests and staff speaking loudly in the eating area right outside our door which kind of killed the romantic vibe in the moment that my partner and I were having. The property is cute, there's a little garden and chickens in a coop. It could probably be improved a bit to make the vibe more romantic with more services-- maybe some hanging christmas lights, special services for couples, etc. Overall a nice place to stay and would definitely be back but would try a larger room.

We were traveling from NJ and needed an overnight stay with 2 teenage boys. We selected Naomi’s because of the bunk bed room attached off the main room, so it would give the kids privacy. When we left later than planned and had a late arrival, the owner gave us digital codes to get into the B&B and the room so there was no need to check in at a certain time. The common areas are whimsical with decor and murals, the room was tasteful and very clean, and well thought out. This B&B was close to everything and the breakfast and coffee the next day was great. We had excellent conversation with the delightful owner. If we are ever traveling through the area again, we will certainly choose Naomi’s again.

Breakfast was great! The room was much bigger than anticipated. The bed was very comfortable just what I needed.

Naomi’s Inn is an eclectic place, each guest room has a unique look and feel. It’s a warm inviting place, and your host provides a warm breakfast. Plenty of on-site parking, and conveniently located near highway access and downtown. I’ll definitely check their availability next time I’m in the area.

Given my professional needs to be in Springfield MA several days a month NAOMI'S Inn offers me a place to feel safe , provides flawless service and very unique rooms to your choosing. Offering a relaxing and quiet atmosphere the owner is very authentic and in a heartfelt way makes you feel warmly welcomed. This is truly a very special property. I liked the eclectic decor, the comfortable bed, the great shower, and the host.

I have stayed here a few times now and enjoy it very much. The check-in process is all provided to you ahead of time so you just need to enter a code to get into the building and into your room. The place is always well appointed, clean, and in a safe quiet area

Beds were divinely comfortable. Rooms were spotless and accommodating. Shower was difficult for seniors to access.

A hidden gem and affordable option to chain hotels. Very nice made to order breakfasts too. We had a memorable two night stay and will be back.

I enjoyed my stay at the bed and breakfast. It's cute quaint place with attentive excellent staff. I checked in with my boyfriend and my dog. We both felt welcomed and made to feel right at home. I would come back again. Probably try out another one of thier themed rooms. I stayed in the Gamma Green and liked it. The towels smelled a bit funny but everything else was great. The breakfast was yummy. I like that they have their own chicken coop for their own eggs. I like that they do what they can to source their own food. It was Thanksgiving, so pumpkin french toast was delicious to enjoy on such day. All in all a great experience.

Naomi’s is super convenient, with a homey touch, pet friendly and terrific breakfasts. We had great conversations with all the guests and the owner.

Owner were very attentive and accommodating, however whoever lives upstairs needs to stop walking during the night. Parking was not explained so hope we parked in the correct spot.

What an excellent place to stay in western Mass! Super nice place to stay if you want to avoid run of the mill hotels. Easy parking in back and Marci was a super friendly host!

What a gem! the experience you will have at Naomi's will be quirky and interesting and definitely not mundane and predictable. The attention to detail of the different rooms and their themes, the artistry that invites conversation and Marci's keen desire to have her guests feel welcome cannot be overstated. We stayed several days while visiting family in the area and enjoyed great conversations over breakfast, great coffee, fresh, not mass-produced breakfasts, and the ease to come and go as we pleased. If you are open to the unpredictable and unique and relish human interaction, this is the place for you!

This was a neat B&B, lots of character, and the proprietor Marci was great. Breakfast was delicious. However, the shower in our room did not work.

Naomi's is a true hidden gem! If ever we need to stay in this area again, this is the only place we would consider staying. Our room was very clean and even had a fish tank. She made us a delicious breakfast, which is served around an old piano which was a great experience. After breakfast she allowed us to look at the other unoccupied rooms. Every room is different and very unique in its own way. She tries very hard to make sure every guest is fully accommodated!

What a fun concept! I feel like you never find interesting and fun B&Bs anymore. I loved my room so much - highly recommend the Louis XIV room if you want to feel like royalty.

Quirky B&B, overall a bit run down and could do with sprucing up. We stayed in Asian Flair. Coffee hutch in room held one empty french press and no coffee, refrigerator tiny and could not even hold our leftovers from dinner. But bed was comfortable and Marci is lovely. This is on a busy street right across from a hospital, so there is traffic noise and sirens.

We stayed for one night only. Marci was the perfect host, making us feeling more than welcome. Very helpful in suggesting places for dinner in the nearby vicinity. Great breakfast (both the food and the company). We really enjoyed our stay at the inn.
