Was very impressed by the room. It was like having your own little apt. Very homey. Rooms decorated nicely. Enjoyed breakfast and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Will want to stay at another Townplace!

Our stay was OK for 1 night. Hard to see the entrance as it’s not typical of a hotel. Seemed old and worn. The room was OK bed was a little firm but not terrible. The TV was located off to the side of the bed which made it awkward to watch TV. Shower was great and the breakfast had lots of food choices. Coffee was good!!

The hotel is fine. It’s a little dated and there were strange marks that seemed like blood on the bathtub (could not be washed off). The breakfast is fine. Beds are relatively comfortable.

My stay was non existent, because for God knows why the hotel decided to give my room to someone else..I had this room booked and paid for since May 6 th. Upon my arrival they tell me. Oh we have some bad news. We gave your room away and we are booked full..They did not call or email at any time during the 3 weeks that the room was in my name. They claimed that they tried to reach me at 5pm the day of my reservation. I received NO CALL NO EMAIL.

We reserved a king room, which was then sold out and we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, which had a queen bed. Not comfortable. Stay in this hotel if you need a kitchen otherwise, i would find a more comfortable hotel.

We love this hotel because they offer a two bedroom that is not expensive. When we travel, we make sure this is where we stop. But this time our room wasn’t as clean as it usually is. There was cobwebs on the ceiling, and part of the carpet had duct tape. I just didn’t seem as clean as the other room we had had during a different stay. It was late and wasn’t worth complaining about.

The room looked like the bedroom was separate from sitting area and it wasn't. The whole room was small and so was the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable! Won't be staying there ever again. It's shouldn't be called a suite as it isn't.

Hotel was good and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. However, encountered a billing problem due to being triple charged for the room. Still trying to straighten that kink out.

This was a change from our original (not our choice)but turned out better than expected. Decent breakfast and a extremely clean bathroom, very important for four (4)y women traveling cross country,

Very small rooms basic amenity. They were working on the building while we were there right outside the room that was assigned to us. It was fine for one night. Not great. The sofa bed touches the king bed so no egress in or out from one side of the bed. Cleaning was average (food particles from previous longer term guest in sofa bed) 3 of 5 stars is fair review. Chose bacause of location and Bonvoy. Will not return.
