The staff was so helpful and courteous. The complementary breakfast was very good. Location is one block from the Main Street, right around the corner from Mrs Londons and across the street from the police station. Felt very safe. The rooms (we booked two) were very clean and enormous. The largest hotel rooms we have ever seen. There is a parking garage for $15 a night but we found parking on the street twice. Only thing negative is the homeless people confronting, but that’s everywhere now, sadly.

It would get great review however Hotels dot com mis represented the property .. it has in the website of hotels dot com that there is a hot tub ... There is NO hot tub and for this trip it was the main reason I booked there ... They should not mis represent themselves .

This property really needs a complete remodel. It is very worn faded parking is extremely inconvenient especially if you’re a woman alone most of the staff was very nice. The fire alarm in the lobby was pulled and we all had to go downstairs at 11:30 at night I believe the hotel did not want to press charges against whoever came in and did it And they have the ability to use cameras, etc. to see what’s happening someone could easily get hurt the stairs that late at night in their night clothes I did ask fireman why no one was looking at cameras to see who did this and he said it was up to the hotel if they wanted to

We really loved our stay at the Hampton Inn. The building was nicely decorated, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was exceptional! We particulated liked the little touches--a microwave and mini-fridge in our room, a free full breakfast, coffee available at any time of the day, and cookies in the afternoon. We would gladly stay at this Hampton Inn again and will make a point of looking for Hampton Inns in other locations in the future. Great experience!

There were greasy hand prints on the under the light and the door to open refrigerator. Very dusty. The TV did not work. The pool was closed.

I’m little upset I was locked out of my room for like 2 hours and then had to move to another room which took some more time off my stay and I miss my dinner reservation for a restaurant we really wanted to go and by the time we showered, most of the restaurants were closed we couldn’t get food
