Had great experience. Friendly staff, super fast check in. Great options and service for breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights.Our room was clean, modern & fairly large. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. There was only one elevator which became a problem when a service call had to be made on the elevator as we were ready to check out. Had to carry luggage down one flight.

This Holiday Inn express was the perfect match for our needs. We needed a place to stay as we were passing through on a long drive home . The location was very convenient with plenty of restaurants and a drugstore nearby. The staff was exceptional as they were both friendly and informative. As a bonus, We were able to tour the Buffalo Trace Distillery because it was only half an hour away.

The staff were all very helpful. We asked for a good resturant and were directed to a great one. The bext more at the dining area one of the ladies mad a sugestion for us for a Burbon place.

The key to the door would only work 1 time. I had to get a new key every time I went back to my room. Plus it did not smell clean.

Honestly there was nothing wrong with this hotel, it was clean, breakfast was the usual, staff was pleasant, if i had to make one comment the pool towels and bath towels are small. But that's just being picky... I'd stay there again!

Dee was SO friendly and nice! Our room was exactly wjat we booked and check in was flawless. Amazing little area with restaurants and starbucks right there. Even a car wash next door with free vacuums. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Shower pressure was pure bliss. Very cute and safe area. Would stay here again

Absolutely fantastic. Great location, clean, comfortable, and the staff was so nice. I accidentally left some stuff in my room and they contacted me the day after to arrange to have it mailed to me. I will be staying here again next year when I’m in the area again.

I booked a modifiable room but when i went to cancel the night I didnt need there were issues. I thought Hotels.com had taken care of the issue weeks before I went on my trip but found out when I got the hotel that Hotels.com has requested they change my reservation but the hotel manager denied that request and never followed up with anyone. I was told by numerous staff that since I booked a third party there was nothing they would do for me and next time I should book directly with them. I left the hotel expecting a phone call from the manager but after two days of no call, I called the hotel and was told by the manager once again that since i booked a third party they would not refund the second night they charged me for after l left, even though I paid a higher rate so I could modify my reservation. Its obvious to me that the manager at this hotel has very minimal customer service skills and I told her I will continue to book thru hotels.com because I've never had this issue with them before and I often modify trips when things change but I will be sure to not book this hotel ever again after I was degraded numerous times for booking thru a third party. Hotels.com was very helpful during this whole ordeal and I never had an issue getting ahold of staff unlike these poor hotel workers who have a manager that doesn't take weekend calls even if they were supposed to be on "on call"
