No a/c in our room.

Breakfast was good, the room was overall clean and comfortable. The evening reception with free drinks was a nice touch. The batch mixer was phenomenal.

I requested in my booking that the pull out bed be made up prior to arrival and it was not. We ended up just sharing the two double beds. One of my friends also forgot a tooth brush and the front desk said they were out. The bathroom was overall clean, but you could see dirt and grime in the corners. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it took a while for it to cool off after a shower.

Front desk staff attempted to be accommodating.

When we arrived, staff was initially kind and welcoming. We got to our room which was clean, but did not have in room snacks stocked (as we paid extra for) and did not have enough towels, blankets, pillows and sheets to accommodate for the number of guests indicated to the hotel for the stay. When we asked for the snacks (we paid for) and the towels etc to accommodate all guests it took an hour for those items to be brought to our room. Then we attempted to go eat at the hotel restaurant and were told they did not have enough staff to take our order and turned us away. We were hungry and tired from travel and attempted to order pizza and other delivery (as advised by the front desk staff), but were told by all delivery restaurants (recommended by front desk staff), they would not deliver to the location or were closing (it was 8pm). After all this, the front desk staff finally placed room service order for us, as the restaurant staff would not take our order. It took over an hour for two chicken strip baskets to be delivered to our room, and the staff applied a 20% gratuity to the charge without telling us prior. We are people who always tip well, and would have done so without being forced; we mostly didn’t appreciate not being told a 20% gratuity would be applied. Then we attempted to take our children to the pool area inside the hotel, but were unable to stay as the pool was heated to the level of a hot tub and the pool area felt like a sauna. Finally, the next morning, house cleaning staff was knocking on our door at 8:45/9:00am announcing themselves even though check out was not until later. We were very very disappointed with this hotel as the hotel is supposed to be part of the Hilton chain hotels and was rated well by others. The manager at this hotel needs to better support the little staff they have in order to provide Hilton standard stays. We will never ever stay at this hotel or one associated with it again.

This place exceeded our expectations from the welcome to the check out.

Booking.com stated my bill was $265 then I was billed $280, apparently there was a $15 parking fee that booking.com neglected to tell us about or include.

Beautiful foyer, dining area. Breakfast, with made to order omelets, was like a 5 star restaurant. Plus the restaurant staff was friendly and very attentive.

Stains on sheets. Rug was disgusting. Charged $12 just to park in the hotel lot. Food was delivered one hour late from hotel restaurant.

It was a neat set up! The pond was a nice touch. The elevators weee fast!

It seemed dirty in the public places! The carpets needed vacuumed! The breakfast area was always clean tho! They charged us for parking, when booking said it was free! To me that was very stupid considering it wasn’t in a very busy place. The drinks had a limit on them and we’ve stayed at others and there wasn’t a limit on them! This is probably the worst embassy we’ve stayed in!

The staff is rude. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The a/c unit didn't even get cold. The room wasn't completely prepared. The hotel has several hidden fees.

We needed a pet friendly hotel near the highway. We picked this one and found that it has a dog park within easy walking distance. We loved it and booked it again for our trip home. PS The custom-made omelets at breakfast were wonderful and another reason that we returned!

Things went south with the clerks attitude when they heard I booked through booking.com and not directly through them. With the Hilton name, I expected more. Seems like it was updated last in the 90s.

I loved the location and over was great. I do not typically like being in a handicap room, and I could smell smoke. Otherwise terrific.

Breakfast was great! Good selection. We had grandchildren with us, and we all found something we liked.

The building atrium, fountains and breakfast.

I got a room that had a large can of a energy drink on the exterior window sill. The room had no view of the atrium, and inside the room there was a large fan sitting on the floor on high speed with a warning not to look at the blue light that was hard not to see. Obviously it was left in the room to dry it out, and to get rid of any smells. I had to call reception twice before maintenance responded. We had to wait. I showed the empty energy can that was at the exterior of the room to maintenance, they didn’t clean it up. Housekeeping saw it the next day, they also failed to clean it up. I had told reception twice about this. This is unacceptable.

It was very clean and beautiful. The rooms were spacious. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

I fee like Hilton needs to come in a refresh the place. The dining room chairs were well worn and it seemed dated and a little unkept.

This place is amazing and beautiful!! Very clean and very inviting!! Breakfast was amazing too!! The only thing I noticed is they need a spa by the pool!! Pool was also beautiful!!

HATED THE LOCATION OF THE ROOM, LOOKED OUT TO A UGLY BROWN DOOR DOWN A HALLWAY HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY OF ABOUT 10 BOYS, VERY LOUD FOUND A BED BUG IN THE BED !

Breakfast was amazing, desk workers were so nice and helpful! The fountains inside were super cool, beds were very comfortable, walls were thick I couldn't hear people next to me. There's alot of tables inside which I appreciate cause I've been to hotels, gotten breakfast and had to eat it in my room due to no tables left, but they have tons of places to sit and eat, read next to the fountain, I didn't swim but I did peak into the pool room and it was warm, clean, a very decent sized pool!

The air conditioning was not working properly. The room would not get cooler than 74 degrees. We were in Toom 223, which was by the exit to enter into the pool area. When entering that area to go to the pool, it was really hot like a sauna. I'm not sure if the air was out on that side if the hotel. Also, the guest in Room 222 had several little boys that were super loud past 1am on Saturday night. It made the night restless bring that my family and I has to be up by 5:30am
