Staff was great but we did have to wait quite a while to check out because there wasn’t anyone around. The facility was wonderful and clean. We had no real issues while there. Only slight issue was I was there with dogs and there were no trash cans anywhere outside besides the one at the front door. Definitely would recommend and will stay again!

Hotel was clean, staff was courteous, breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. Pool was closed during our stay, but our room was upgraded because of that. All in all its a good place to stay.

Front Desk clerk when I check in was super sweet, the breakfast was good just wish there was some fruit.

The parking lit had weeds, cigarette butts and broken plants and mud where there should have been mulch. Mud/dirt was tracked all around the 1st floor/lobby/ice machine area from the time we arrived until we left.
The lady in charge of the breakfast was super nice and worked very hard.
Our room was freezing. It was set at 63 when we arrived & we changed it to 73. Wore a flannel gown to bed!!

The hotel needs to remedy the maid issue. I was a patient customer, but the issue was never remedied. I have experienced bottle tops and and bottles left in the room. There has been hair in my sheets, the elevator always smells like wet dog, and the desks always has crumbs or stains that could've been wiped up.

The most standout feature for me was the wood work around the elevator. It was a beautiful place with wonderful people! I was a very last minute stay and they were very accommodating and just amazing! They made my stay with 2 kids great and easy!
