Exceptional customer service and amenities. I will never stay anywhere else when I am in New Orleans except La Belle Maison.

Didn’t realize that this property wasn’t a typical hotel but was a time share property which means that there was pressure to attend a sales pitch - although we were compensated for our time with free tickets to 2 attractions. Room was perfect- clean and as described- but no direction as to services provided (our room was not attended to at all during our 6 day stay- had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper and garbage was never removed). Overall the property met our needs and would stay again- just would be nice to know about the sales pitch ahead of time as well as how to access services to our room.

The parking situation was a bit different. It would have helped if the Internet provided both the Magazine St and Gravier St entrances since it's all one way streets.

They don’t have housekeeping and the cleaning is done upon request and not free. I’ve asked for early check in at 12 almost a month before the day of checking in and i called and they confirmed with me that it will be taking care of and when I checked in they let me wait more than an hour and when I checked in I found that the room was available a long time ago. Also I booked two rooms and when I informed them that one of the rooms I need to check out one day earlier and they refused to refund me since I paid in advance through Expedia. In the past I had similar situation and the hotel agreed to refund the last day since I changed my plans and they worked it out with Expedia but unfortunately this hotel refused to do that. There are many other hotels around this area and definitely this hotel will not be my first or second choice in the future unfortunately.

I’m not interested, in being tricked into listening to vacation timeshare presentations while I’m on vacation. I’m also currently waiting for the return of my security deposit. I will not be staying at one of their properties again.

This boutique hotel is a former book bindery - late 1800s - 9 stories, but still intimate & personal. 5 Star staff, block & a half off Canal St., beautifully decorated on period style.
Only negative is "spotty" wifi - I went days with no email. Early mornings signal is strong enough to sign onto, although youvwill likely lose it later in day. A real inconvenience for guests.
Otherwise, Wyndham's La Belle Maison is my favorite place to stay in French Quarter.

We had a beautiful top floor room with a view that was also ADA accessible. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants a home base to explore New Orleans from the French Quarter to the Upper Garden and beyond.

Close to the french quarter & restaurants. Quiet at night. 1 bedroom was spacious.
Didnt like- even though i made 1 reservation through expedia, it showed up as 2 reservations in the hotel system so i had to check in & out twice. It was hard to get bell services. The hotel has been under construction for over a year. The indoor hot tub room was extremely stuffy & had an over powering chlorine smell.

My husband and I stayed 2 days at this facility. Being our first time in New Orleans we didn’t know what to expect. Overall we had a very nice experience.
The hotel is centrally placed and is walking distance to many tourist locations and restaurants.
The staff at checking in and valet parking was very courteous. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and basic dishes and cutlery. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. Room was quiet. No noise from the streets.
The only negative experience was that we didn’t have WiFi service available for the entire time which was annoying.

Horrible would be too nice of a word to describe this hotel abs the experience I had as I attempted to check in.
I had made a reservation 7 months in advance and confirmed it 24 hours before my arrival. When I showed up I no longer had a room. The staff lied and said Expedia cancelled it. They then tried to send me to another hotel across town. Luckily I didn't go because they knew nothing about me. It was another lie. I've travelled a lot and to many states and other countries and I've never had such a horrible experience. DO NOT BOOK!!

Meh. I picked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. They were both out of order for the duration of my stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Most of the staff was friendly

I booked and paid for this in September and when they I got there to check in there system was saying I still need to pay. They were able to get it corrected within hours. Requested a room change cause we were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us the handicap room, they changed it and provided a complimentary bottle of champagne. Room was spacious, clean and the staff was friendly. No complaints, will definitely book again

The stay was excellent but the check-in person Ashley F was not very friendly. The other employees we came in contact with very informative and courteous. Kat, Delores, T’mara and Cortez are an asset to your organization. We will be back.

This is my third stay at the property, two of which were for Mardi Gras. The staff is wonderful. However, when I spoke to the manager I had about a concern instead of listening she made several excuses. I don't like the inconsistency with security checking for wristbands. I was returning to my room with a friend. I had my room key in hand, showed my wristband and greeted the security guard because I had just had a conversation with him the prior night. Here's what's upsetting and embarrassing. He asked my guest for a wristband and then said you can't go in because he didn't have one. I'm sorry I paid almost $1700 for a 3 night stay and I can bring whoever I please in my room. When I complained to the manager about it she said well we do that because of Mardi Gras, if we didn't our bathrooms would be destroyed. I said I understood however if the guest is accompanied with a guest of the hotel they shouldn't be harassed. She then said well some people let people in to use the lobby bathrooms. I said well if we're going to my room and not using property amenities why is it an issue. Then she said it's for your safety to make sure your room isn't above occupancy. I brag about the Wyndham La Belle Maison but after speaking with the manager I think I will find a new property for my New Orleans trips.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The inside of the toilet needed cleaning.
My initial checkin was a little much. I just wanted to get to my room and the lady was trying to give me way too much info. Many people in the lobby area were quite delightful.

The room was clean and big. The service was good. The time share senerio is something to consider the sales pitch manager is not nice if you need to leave the presentation early. But if you skip that part the place is great and centrally located.

I was concerned after reading several reviews complaining about the "pushiness" of staff regarding the timeshare presentation. Yes, the timeshare breakfast was mentioned to us once, but we never felt pressured or harassed...perhaps it depends on the guest host you are assigned. If having a nice pool for swimming is a priority to you, you may want to look elsewhere. The swimming pool is super small...I thought it was the hot tub at first. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Everyone was very nice. From check in to check out I had no problems during our 4 night stay. I never once was approached to buy or attend any time share talks. Reading reviews I was ready for it. It never happened. When you check in they will ask you to stop at concierge desk once you get settled in for your welcome packet. I think because I didn’t stop at the concierge for a welcome packet it was easily avoided. It’s also in a very convenient location. I would stay here again.
