It was very clean and I would love to go back to rhis hotel it was awesome.

Room was comfortable and clean, there wasnt any bedding in the room for the sofa bed, but was easily retrieved at the front desk. We were unable to find a place to park for check in, parking on the street is very limited, my husband dropped me off and drove around the block a couple of times until we were checked in and had key cards that gave us access to the parking garage on the back side of the hotel. Overall it was a great stay!

Well the hotel had a smell and the door to the closest wouldn’t close and we had to be move to a different room cause the toilet wouldn’t flush and the front desk was not nice at all

We were in room 601. Housekeeping worked very hard to make it scent free and I so appreciated it so much but the room had a terrible smell akin to wet dog and sweaty feet. Worse than this the air quality was so bad my lungs burned, I started coughing and lost my voice. I suspect mold in the walls. The carpet desperately needs to be removed throughout all the rooms.
We went downstairs and Toni at the desk was amazing. We moved next door to 693 which had some tile and carpet and it was better. There was still a smell but not as bad. We discovered turning on the ac fan and putting the luggage in front of the door to keep it open allowed for some circulation and we did that for at least 30 minutes every day. We were able to stay in 603 that way.
I can’t say enough positives about the staff. They were super kind, warm and friendly. Wonderful customer service and when there was a problem they did everything possible to help. Breakfast was great too. I understand renovations are planned for next year and they are needed.

The staff here was great. Ms. Daphny was great! The lady at the front desk switched my room 3 times due to issues with the first two, and that is a hotel that cares about customers. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again! My kids loved it!

With the parking situation, the front desk should’ve explained it better and advised us we should get our luggage out at the front entrance. Instead they allowed us to drive next door and drag our luggage across without any direction. Also very short with me on all questions.

There was mold in the caulk in the shower. Toilet kept filling constantly and you had to jiggle the handle a few times to get it to stop. Just in general, they need to do some maintenance. Breakfast was good. We were there for an event and it was busy very early on a Saturday but Clara was attentive and friendly first thing in the morning! Was a nice way to start the day.

The carpets had stains on them, the pillows were terrible, and my shower was cold for the first half. The water turned off completely twice while I was in the shower. Our tv was also tiny. The location was great and the staff were friendly.

We had a great time at the Hampton Inn and Suites. Parking was convenient and it is close to great restaurants in Little Rock. It was easy to get in and out with our luggage. Breakfast was great.

Everything was fantastic. The staff was nice, the bedroom was good an clean. Only small complaints I have are the pillows on the bed are a bit too big and could be downed a bit more. I could sleep straight on one, and two were too big so I kinda woke up with some neck pains. Maybe offer some flatter pillows as well. And I found a small empty energy drink can under my bed. Other than those two, I loved my stay.

Business trip that had me going full blast. I had a special request - store extra food overnight. I came in from my event around d 10:40 and the staff helped me figure out the best way to make this happen! The easy answer was “no that you don’t do things like that”, however they went above and beyond to help!!

The room was ok for a night, but we had to find parking out on the street and then had to walk back to the hotel late at night. The frint desk clerk was nice and very helpful, but the room was not as clean as I would have hoped. Nothing terrible, stains on the carpet and in the bathtub. Breakfast was pretty good.

Customer service was great! Front desk was very nice and informative. The toilet, however, was broken when I got there and there was a big stain in the carpet. Other than that, it was good good location. However, pay to park in the garage because I felt that my car would be safer in there than out on the street.

We were passing through Little Rock AR, on our way home to CA. We were looking for a hotel that was dog friendly. We decided to book with Hampton Inn on July 5th, 2024, as they advertised they were dog friendly. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist was not very friendly and made us feel rushed with checking in. We had questions on where to park and check out times. We got to our rooms and used the bathroom before we went to dinner. The bathrooms were not cleaned and had mold in the shower. We proceed to dinner and within an half of hour of leaving to grab dinner, as we had been driving for 11 hours straight. We receive a phone call from the same receptionist who help us check in to the hotel. She reported a hotel guest complained of hearing barking coming from my room and if the matter is not taking care of, we will be asked to leave the property. I was so upset and immediately returned to the Hotel, as we were around the corner waiting for our food. When I returned, I asked the receptionist to speak to a supervisor and she laughed. She then proceeded to hand me a business card and said, I can call a person listed on that card. Not once did she ever ask if there is anything she can help me with or if I had any concerns. Clearly I had a concern, if I asked to speak with a supervisor. At this point we were tired, went to bed and left early am. Not a fun experience for guest passing through.

Needs renovation. Breakfast was very limited in selection nothing like the pics and not very good. There is no bar like description. Pool is terribly small so if there's even a large family with kids it’ll be full with just that family. We had a suite with 4 people and only 1 roll of toilet paper.

CONS: Parking cost $18 for garage which didn’t know prior to booking & is in very small part of garage that’s rather challenging to maneuver with a truck. Other parking is whatever can happen to find on side streets which was full everywhere. Stayed in suite that sleeps 5. Very spacious but TV is little small & in kind of awkward location (manageable just kinda in middle of room).

What changed this property from a 5 to a 2 was how the fire alarm was handled. We were in the room after breakfast when the fire alarm sounded. The stairway I exited had no lights after the second floor. We had to use the light of someone’s phone. After waiting a long while in the breakfast area for an all clear I finally asked the front desk when we could return to our rooms. Apparently we had been able to go back for some time. It would have been nice to have an announcement made.
