Sadly, no amenities to speak of. Biggest concern was an extremely soft, thick, but worn out mattress, on a bed that squeaked every time I moved.

The girl at the front desk at checkout complained about working with hotels.com or Expedia bookings guest.

this is my 5th visit to the hotel. Cleanliness of rooms especially bathroom is lacking (dirty floor, hair on the floor, rooms were not cleaned daily). They urgently need to add a safe into the rooms. TV programs were removed (less options in comparison the previous years).

Stay away if u dont wanna waste ur time. Hotel owner must change receptionist she is Crazy

We had a great stay in every way. The location is peaceful but has a couple of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was very comfortable. The only thing that might disturb someone is the lack of an elevator.

Hotel is very basic but fine. Clean enough, but certainly no extras. I had the room directly by the reception desk so it was a little noisy and felt weird, but... fine

I was in Frankfurt for a conference and booked seven nights at the Fair Hotel Villa Diana Westend. Europe was in a heatwave, so the room, with no AC and no fan was uncomfortable, and the window only opened a crack. This is typical in Europe and not the fault of the hotel. My main complaint is that, while the router was located in the hall, less than 6 meters from the desk in the room where I wanted to work, I could only get an internet connection by going into the hall and sitting right next to the router. Breakfast was sufficient, but at 8 Euros a bit over priced. Checking out the neighborhood, there are better hotels for about the same price.

Don't say you have air conditioning if you don't. I was SPECIFICALLY searching for hotels with air conditioning because I KNEW it would be hot out. Nice hotel for the price, spacious room and very peaceful neighbourhood. Quiet and feels safe at night. On the downside there is no lift and location is not central, but it's not an issue if you drive.

The room was located in the highest floor with no elevator and the last stairs were as wide as half a meter. The bathroom walls were inclined and it was not possible to stand straight in the shower. Otherwise, the hotel was okay.

Overall this was a nice hotel. Staff were pleasant and room was clean. Was in a very quiet area with a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre. My room was connected to another by a door, meaning you could hear the people in the room next door quite clearly. Other than that I would recommend this hotel

The hotel was in a quiet area, but pretty close to the metro, which is one stop away from the main station. The hotel staff was nice, but they are only there until 9. The only problem we had was the WiFi didn’t work so great in our rooms, but other than that, the price was great for what you get!

all was very great . but the window night curtens were not working and i find out difficult to dress in the room

Simple, basic accommodation with stairs (a bit difficult with heavy bags), but very clean. Great location a short walk to the Exhibition centre and in a good, safe part of town. Great bakery, restaurant and café/bar up the road. Would stay there again and recommend to others wanting simple accommodation. The nearby botanical gardens were nice to visit. Building is old, but clean inside.

Really disappointed about the TV is out of operation during 3 days stay even we inform the reception and they replied that most of the hotel room are the same problem about the TV malfunctioning.

When I arrived the public areas were not clean and theview of the front door was very sad.The reception desk is totally inadequate and there isan electrical cord running across the walkway to thesoft drinks fridge which is dangerous.The lights on the landing on the 4th floor were not workingbut my room was clean and light.The young man at reception bought my bag up for me whichwas great - thank you. He also bough my bag down for me when I checked out.There was no internet connection in my room for the whole ofmy stay.The last morning there was not hot water so I had a cold shower!

Great location for business trip if its a quick stay. Not a place to stay if you have a lot of luggage as its quite a walk from the station if you are carrying a lot. Had to leave early so I didnt get to try out the amenities, but I didnt see much. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. The room was really clean and spacious.

I stayed here while working at the trade fair. The receptionist was not helpful, she refused to change the pillows and when their was a problem with the internet she refused to restart the router blaming external problems even though I told her I could see the router was flashing orange so it needed restarting.They also had builders in which I wasnt informed about and at one point one walked into my room as I was sleeping.Finally the bed was that bad when you turned over the bed moved across the floor. An awful experience.

Rooms to hot no air con also no decade coffee or hot drinks available in Frankfurt ,,,unbelievable really..!!

The hotel wasn't too bad. However, the one receptionist was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful. ( not the younger one- she was very sweet and accommodating) I don't think the breakfast was worth 8 euros. I expected a 3 star to have more accommodations- laundry bag in Room, coffee machine.
