The only issue I had with the stay was people would park in the handicapped parking and me being handicapped myself would leave me having to park in the outter parking lot

There is no cleaning the room for everyday. I should get the towel from front desk and shower gel went out. Then I thought, why I should pay every cost for the hotel stay, because the hotel didn't provide full service. They are still living in cobid 19 world.

Room was clean and quiet.
We pre purchased breakfast wishing to get early starts on hiking trails.
Daily, the fellow checking us in for breakfast was rude and abrasive. This should have been the easiest part of the day, yet he made it difficult.
The food was of poor quality as it was prepared poorly.
The woman who attended our table was affable and helpful.
If I were foolish enough to ever stay there again, I would never eat there.

This is the only place we stay at when visiting Gatlinburg, TN. The location is the best! Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and very clean. People at the front desk were polite and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Staff advised I walk my dog in the grass behind the parking lot, but it escaped their mind to mention a medium size bear frequented a route through that area. After getting the daylights scared out of me by nearly walking right into the path of this bear walking my dog, I went back and reported the incident to management only to be told how that bear has been hanging around the area the last 5-6 months, but the loose bear has not injured anybody yet. Turns out staff did not think it prudent to warn other guests who had similar scary experiences during my stay. 😳😳

Hotel is in great location. Cleaning was not up to par, dirty mens underwear left on floor and blood on bathroom floor and door (319), moved to (305) worse shape. Stayed in 319 and cleaned it ourselves, gave us breakfast for 2 days. Hotel is pet friendly so do expect some barking. Will stay elsewhere upon a return visit.

Best blackout blinds ever. Also quiet for the most part. We did hear some loud characters a couple of times. Some people have to try their first beer in Gatlinburg.

I was told this was one of the nicer hotels in Gatlinburg, but I was extremely disappointed after paying nearly $400 per night that this hotel is so rundown. I paid extra for a nice view and large room only to see the top of the hotel roof and zero Mountain View. Our room smelled like terrible cologne, and was dark and very outdated, The price did not even include a free breakfast!!! Will not be back!!

The first day we arrived at the hotel, we had a terrible recepcionista, rude, unfriendly and bad manners. This was on August, May 13th, about 5PM. That was unacceptable!!! She doesn’t deserve this job! Friendly people only please.
The guy in the bar, name Byron, and David, wore wonderful!! Really nice and friendly, we went everyday and had a ball chatting and drinking. Great experience.
The breakfast food was terrible! Charge more and bring better food.

The hotel was very clean. Wish the pool area was better planned out. No breakfast included, which was a bummer. Overall very nice hotel located in the heart of Gatlinburg. Everything within walking distance.

No air conditioning downstairs in lobby. 1 of 2 elevators was broken causing major delays going up and down to/from the room. The one elevator that was working was very hot. Digital key on Honors app never did unlock the room door (worked on all others) - front desk just said “yeah we have problems with the app”. Very unlike Hilton in all my stays across the southeast. Very surprised during this stay.

As soon as we walked in we noticed how clean it smelled and looked. Rooms were very clean. Bathrooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. All in all it was a great stay and will definitely stay there again.
