Very central location. Wide and cozy rooms. Comfortable stay. It was not directly on main street which made the noise from the street bearable. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to wander around Kusadasi, her beaches and attractions with a budget friendly stay, since the hotel is at a quite central place and not that expensive.

I rented a room just for me and they gave me a small room but it had everything I needed. They cleaned the room everyday, including changing the towels which is pretty nice. I particularly loved the breakfast, They put different things everyday and you have options which is also appreciated. The location is the best you can get, it is in the street with the best restaurants of the area and at walking distance you can take the minibuses to go anywhere you want. Also the building is well preserved. I would recommend this hotel.

Really lovely hotel. The room was huge with a large bed and separate sitting area. The staff were all friendly and helpful and an amazing breakfast spread with hot options. Highly recommend

Very nice welcome from the lady at reception ,the hotel was very clean and there was sanitiser in all the rooms we had a brief but pleasant stay.

What a lovely welcome we got on arrival by Burcu who was on reception. The room was spotless and bed comfy. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Elgen (Ali) behind the bar went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in the lounge. Such a friendly place to stay. Already planning a few days again soon.

My stay was 1 night and out early. The room was clean and comfortable. It was actually nicer than some of the more expensive rooms I stayed in with the tour I took. The people were very nice and helpful. As I was out very early the next morning I did not partake of the breakfast. This hotel was very convenient. It was like 140 meters from the main street. It was a lovely.

The manager, staff at reception desk as well as the cleaning ladies were very very very friendly I felt very welcome and will sure return to this hotel

Good location near the main street, good breakfast but they could improve with some other dishes not just boiled eggs. The room was nice enough, ll space and a plus with the balcony facing the sea, but the floor wasen’t clean properly. The parking space was small just enought fitting 3 cars. I would recommend this place.

Receptionist greeted us warmly. Very professional staff at this hotel. Little gem not far from the beach and town. Room is very small so do bear that in mind when booking here. Breakfast very good with lots of variety. Nice little balcony and good functioning air conditioning. At check out receptionist was very friendly and he even made a cup of coffee as it was too early for breakfast. He called Hoppa as they were late. He was very kind.

It was close to the ferry terminal, and it has air conditioning, which was important because I was jet-lagged and needed a place to crash and sleep at odd hours. The location is in an alley behind a bigger hotel, which made it hard to find, and the room was tiny, but for the price, it was a good place to stay.

The hotel was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The road that the hotel was on initially put us off. Once we got into the building we forgot that. Breakfast was timed for 8.00pm to 10.00am. This meant that we could not have breakfast as we had to car ferry at 9.00am. However the manager allowed for us to have breakfast 7.15am. We we most impressed !

When we arrived we were greeted by a young man who helped us park in front of the hotel. The street is very narrow and the parking is in the street, hugging the hotel building. Then the same man checked us in. Later he served us beer in the lobby bar. He wore many hats but carrying our bags into the hotel was not one of them. We lugged our own luggage. In the room, the safe did not work. We called and he came up with a key to be inserted to make it work. There is a charge to use the room safe. That's a first for us. Reading the hotels information folder, we read that food or drink from outside hotel is not allowed. “The management have the right to collect them if necessary.” Out of hundreds of hotel stays in dozens of countries, that was a first also. There is a restaurant on the top floor that had a nice view of the shore and sea. It opens at 7 pm. We went up at 7:15 and could not find an employee. We did not try to eat there again. So much lost potential here. Our room was small but comfortable. When one of us was sitting at the desk, the other would have to crawl over the bed to get past. Wi-Fi was good. The shower was too small. At a slim, 6 feet tall, I had to open the shower stall door to have enough room to soap up. The light in the shower did not turn on, as did the lights over the bed. We didn't complain about that, so they probably could have been corrected. We liked the hotels location. It was near the shore in the heart of town.

Great Hotel pity they didn't honour your payment I had to pay on leaving as they said they couldn't access your $ I sent you a copy of my receipt earlier but no reply. Maybe I should booked through TripAdvisor as I know their reliable
