Our room had a lamp between the beds but there was not an outlet so we could not plug it in. Also, some work had been done in the kitchenette area and it was not painted over so looked bad. Had a much better stay last time. But, a lamp without a place to plug it in???????

Property is built into a mountain. Beautiful views. You enter on the 4th floor with the majority of the rooms on floors below the main floor. No breakfast option. The hotel is being renovated. There was construction materials in the hallways. The hotel will look much nicer when work is completed.

This is a very nice place to stay. Clean, Friendly staff. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Nice clean room. Reserved a king but only had queen when we arrived. Gave us a queen suite for same price. Room and hotel were very clean. No breakfast. Bathroom door was falling off hinges, but was able to close and lock, toilet seat was very loose, tv didn’t work in living room but we used the one in the bedroom. Restaurant on property was very expensive and chicken served was raw inside, but I don’t think they are connected with the hotel? Overall great stay with some maintenance problems. We would stay there again.

We got downgraded to a queen instead of king bed٫ that was the only negative but they helped us get the refund difference٫ which was really nice of them. The room was spacious٫ clean and the hotel itself was really nice with nice welcoming staff. It was a great experience and its close to many food places!

The mechanical equipment in our room was equivalent to sleeping in our mechanical room at home….noisy hvac, refrigerator. Not sure we were impressed.

Only one nightstand by bed, first time in decades of travel - ridiculous economizing? Not likely the previous traveler made off with it.

Not great. Definitely not suites, small kitchenette taking all the space in the small room. Feels old, beat up and incredibly noisy. Not worth what they charge...

The recent room renovation and renovations made around the property appeared to be well done and were tasteful and pleasing. The check-in and chck-out processes were flawless, quick and the desk attendant was most helpful and pleasant.

Stay was fine, no issues with the room. Only problem was that the room wasn’t ready for checkin. I had to wait 20+ min after checking in for my room to be cleaned. And it still wasn’t ready when I quit sitting around waiting for staff to tell it was done. I went to the room and they were very much actively cleaning the room and preparing it. I tested the cards to ensure they worked and left for a bit of business.

Hotel was very clean and was having renovations done. Staff was wonderful.

Place was clean, and ready on time (asked for an early check in because of a wedding in the area). Room was clean and ready. Have stayed here before and always have had similar results. Only downside was the hallway walking from the elevator to the room smelled a bit funky, but the room itself smelled clean and fresh.

When you check in, the reception area is being renovated. We were told we were on the 4th floor and our room was 4 levels down. It needs a lot of renovations. Being on the ground level had a musty, damp feel. The beds were comfortable but the room needed a good makeover.

Nice facility. Could use a Hook in bathroom to hang towels and a small table to eat and a luggage rack to set suitcase

Property was in the middle of a remodel. Clerk kept having to go in separate room during process-would yell questions from that room for us to answer

Made reservations at this hotel because they had a handicapped shower that was need for my father. At check in they said they didn't have the reserved handicapped room. To make up for it they would upgrade them to a handicapped suite. Great nope, it was a portable hand Shower chair. When we went to our room the hallway stank of something I can't describe. One last problem in my parents room there was a beep going on that turned out to be the dishwasher, They didn't figure it out we did. The night clerk said the manger would call me. I waited for the call, it's been two weeks no call. I gave them a chance to call me before I wrote this. Don't stay at this hotel!!!

Very basic amenities but good for an overnight stay. Mattress was too soft and the room had a lingering stale cigarette odor. Having a tv guide would be helpful too. We were here a few years back and it seems to have declined a bit. It was very clean and the staff was welcoming!

Negatives- smelled like cigarette smoke on our floor and somewhat musty. Check in person was amazing. Was very pleasant, quick and efficient

Unfortunately the lobby area was under remodel and the room they gave me was a queen suite when I reserved a king. Also my room was directly opposite the employee laundry room so the mornings were not a quiet time.

Hotel is getting a new check-in area resulting in no front desk. We were traveling with a dog so requested a king suite on the first floor. In this particular hotel the lobby is on the 4th floor with the first floor is 4 floors down on the elevator with a reluctant and nervous dog. The assigned room was a queen, not the king I reserved. The hotel was fully booked so no change available. Also, no breakfast due to construction. Also, don’t count on streaming as tv is not a smart tv. Basically a good place to stay but, for us, a series of inconveniences. I booked on line. I suggest you call the hotel directly.

The room was not cleaned very good. If we stayed for a extended visit this would have been great. For 1 night go to a different hotel.

Very comfortable room. well equipped. Needed more light in bathroom and would have liked a breakfast included option. But staff are very pleasant and bed super comfy.

Seamless check in

I loved the room. The view was amazing! Just wish the cleaning ladies would have knocked on the door before just trying to open it. We were not checked out and they started to come into our room while we were in it.

Stayed here many times. Conveniently located off I81 and quiet.
