The room was nice and clean. Safe was VERY small. Wouldn't even fit my wife's tablet! Strange layout for the building. We had to go out to the driveway and into a service hallway to access the elevator to the room. Very close to the casino which was nice. Very limited casino options. Only a few tables and mostly slots. Nicer than most of the other hotel options in the area

The only negative was the incomplete looking shower doors. It was just a glass door that wasn’t outward enough to help prevent splashing out on the bathroom floor.

It was a nice hotel for our weekend gateaway. Right by the Plaza and walking distance to local restaurants and bar. Clean and friendly staff.

The property is very nice and comfortable.
The location of this hotel was perfect and all the amenities and most importantly the staff. All staff was very gracious and accommodating.
However, there is a lot to improve in the area. Hopefully, there can be more businesses that open in the area soon and more development occurs in the near future. The architecture, and people are all amazing.

Did not like shower with only one door on one side, shower did not look as if it was cleaned every day, room was really cold especially at night and i called downstairs but they said it had to be at that temperature, coffee was really bad at restaurant downstairs.

Coming back to the hotel and see that it was better than before was a nice surprise. The rooms were updated and clean. Love the atmosphere of the hotel. Being at the center pf the plaza was nice to walk outside in the morning hear the music and the area so alive it was nice. Recommend it.

It would do way better if there were more services for the guest. The walkway from the parking to the front desk and the front desk to the hotel room is inconvenient and unsafe. The elevator is not convenient, an older person has a lot trouble getting to their rooms. The hallways are dark. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The constant talking to each other while the guest is in front of them is upsetting. You have to wait for them to finish their conversation so they can deal with you. The lobby and pool area are uninviting. No place to sit and lounge. No plants. Hotel feels like an afterthought from the casino. The actual hotel is beautiful but it could be so wonderful. A few tweaks needed and a bit more staff training.
