It was easy to get there. The staff was friendly and really helpful. Me and my fried felt welcomed. This was the second stay at this hotel and we would book it again.

Stayed at Ondol room. Room was clean and very Korean like decor was good. But one thing bothered me was the bed squeaked a lot when lying up or down

Stayed at ondol-room which was very comfortable. You have to pay extra for the spa but it worths trying.

The place is carpeted so there were stains on the floor. The room however, was spacious for the price. I really liked the traditional feel of the room. I would highly recommend staying here at lease one to two nights for your trip to Busan if you enjoy Korean bath houses. I would stay here again.

Our stay here was great. We came here since our bathroom was being repaired and staying here made our situation very comfortable. You can never go wrong staying at Nongshim.

Very nice hotel. Service was very nice, location was very good. Beatufiul land scapinng. Attached bathhouse is nice for those less shy then me Two comments. I wish there was a electric kettle in the room. They supply some complimentary tea and instant coffee, but no way to heat water. Maybe I just did not find it? The did give me two bottles of water free every day. So I did not need it to just make sure the tap was safe. (Tap water is as safe in Korea as the us I think, but I boil it still whenever I travel). The price of breakfast was too high for my expense report. It looked excellent, and worth the price. But a lite/cheaper option is would be nice. I should mention there is a cafe in the hotel, but it is not open early. The picture is of a neighboring building.

An excellent hotel stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Housekeeping were marvellous. The offer of a spa is wonderful if you don.t want to share it with your partner and are comfortable going naked in a single sex environment. This apart all other facilities including the gym were excellent. The outdoor bar area was very relaxing for a break in such a central city location.

First look wasn't that nice as I found a bunch of trash left inside of a drawer. But the staffs took fast action and were very polite. And the best point made me satisfied was it's room cleaning. It seems cleaning staffs are well trained. Sure other staffs also are really helpful.

We found hotel check-in very efficient and were satisfied with the overall comfort of the hotel. For the 2 nights we stayed, it was very quiet and we enjoyed restful sleeps in a comfortable bed. The carpets are stained and unappealing. In the lounge area we had each a gin and tonic that was over-priced, with almost no gin and flat tonic water. The breakfast was good, though a bit limited for the cost.

Distance from almost all city attractions made me rate the hotel as 3 stars and the price we paid was outrageous
