If you’re looking for a cheap place to hunker down for the night, not a bad choice. Gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful! If you’re staying here, it’s probably better to check in before 10 otherwise you have to call someone to check you in.

Dirty and smelly

Have no power at our house so we been staying at different hotels and this one is by far the best one thank you

Hotel smelled. First room had people in it. Felt uncomfortable. Hotel staff was incredible. Just a bad situation on a very busy weekend.

This property was HORRIBLE and I do not recommend anyone ever book. The property is dirty, poorly maintained, poorly staffed and unsafe. Staff was next to impossible to locate and when found (only by using a wall phone at front door) was extremely RUDE. Checked in and given keys to an occupied room which we entered unknowingly. When given a new room it was never cleaned, had used towels (dirty and long pieces of hair strewn across), hair in shower, stained toilet etc. Went back downstairs because there is no working phone in room and manager/security on call refused to get clean towels and told us "it was not in his job description" and to come back next day after 10am. Unacceptable and absolutely worst service I've ever experienced. And to make it worse the sign out front says $65/night (which makes more sense but I still would never stay here for even $65) but I paid $210 a night on Expedia!

The right price for what you receive

Nothing like insane price gouging. $250 a night when they advertise ~$60/night on their sign. Smelt horrible, everything looked dirty.

i don't like leaving negative reviews but I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel lol. the staff was nice but it was super sketchy. felt like i was going to get abducted. we ended up leaving and getting a different hotel.

Terrible, rooms were dirty. Checked in at 6-7 an rooms still werent cleaned an ready for check in. Had to change rooms twice due to dirty rooms

I'll start off with the positive. The gentleman working the desk was friendly and proficient. That is all of the positive I have. This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in! EVERY surface was grimy, dirty, unclean...floors, walls, counters...everything. After driving all day I got to spend 3 hours cleaning the hotel room. I will never stay here again. Additionally, the air conditioner had to be switched out with another air conditioner so our room was extremely hot for the first 6 hours or so. I do not recommend this to anyone who prefers cleanliness.

New owners are fixing up the place, so I don’t want to be too negative. No kitchen utensils, dishes or pots and pans although there was a kitchen. No blow dryer, I had to go out and buy one and two decent pillows as well. Front desk was nice and gave us extra towels. The hotel was quiet, so we slept well

For the 2 days we stayed there there was smoking in elevator and smell of smoke on the 2nd floor. Some staff members were not friendly. Staff members stood in the main entrance smoking despite the fact that fhere was a sigh which said NO SMOKING.

I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone came to check me in . The room was dirty . and charged me 100.00 pet deposit for service dog is ridiculous I have never been charged for my Wifes service dog anywhere anywhere before . They . also charge for the internet . All arround I would not recomend that anyone stay here'

It does not look like the photos presented on Expedia or the website. No iron or blow dryer. Booked a non smoking room room with a one queen bed and got placed in a smoking room with ashtrays and 2 beds. Burn hole in comforter and very dirty floors. Would not return here.

Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but someone in a flourescent vest checking us in from an office that closes at 10 pm was not ideal. Hot water was more like lukewarm.

Opening and slamming of doors all night long every 20-30 seconds. Beds really uncomfortable.

Don't expect a typical lobby there isnt one. Room was simple some what dated, but cleaner than I expected. The walls were thin. Could hear cars driving outside & people walking the halls & in rooms above. The shades were also not blackout curtains.

There were 4-5 dead roaches on the floor when we got to our room. Tv was missing a required cord which front desk fixed right away. Bedding seemed clean and the bed was fairly comfortable.

The pillows on the bed had human hair all over them. Slept w no pillows. No toilet paper in the room, zero. Comforters had stains all over them. If it wasn't so late, I would have went to other hotel.

They were great, super convenient and quick stay!

Gabby and Tony at the front desk are very professional and accommodating. Great vibe, quiet clean place with comfortable beds and a very nice guest laundry.

Roaches

Everything was okay. It just had a weird odor or smell. Kind of like a musty odor. It was a non smoking room

We could not get TV to work.

Check in was a complete hassle but the front desk gentleman was nice while he worked through the issue. The room was nice and clean and the place was organized and quiet. They do not, however, offer complementary coffee or tea as is stated on the Expedia website.
