Westin Mumbai is one of my favorite hotels. The hospitality, cleanliness, very comfortable beds, large rooms and great breakfast its the best choice for Mumbai.

Perfect location, great eating options in hotel and outside. Close to the Mumbai Metro

This time my visit at Westin was for one night , which was very comfortable. During breakfast met Chef Rijul and Jasmina , who recognized me right away from my past visit and made me feel welcomed also at front desk when arrived for check in. Westin is customer service oriented and their staff provides top notch service.

My stay in your hotel was a great experience. I extremely likely recommend your hotel to my friends as I did while staying there and I could bring 4 of my colleagues (2 rooms) from another hotel to Westin. :-) They were also satisfied and happy with this move. Except from very slow elevator for a 5 star hotel, everything was great specially the staff in every part were well trained and welcoming to provide the best service to guests. Hereby I would like to thank you Mr. Kungdan Sharma at reception. He was exceptional and the real meaning of horpitality. I am so happy that he was the first and the last person I met in the hotel. Mr. Rijul Bose the cheff was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. He treated the hotel guests as his own guest and the breakfast was really fresh and quality. I am greateful to the service and kindness of Ms. Debalina C., Mr. Vijay, Mr. Abhishek Kanekar, Mr. Kiran Gaikward, Mr. Harmanpreet Singh. They made my stay more happy and comfortable. By the way, the idea of mentioning staffs' passion on their badges was so nice and communivative. Thank you for your management and congratulations for having such a team. Warm regards. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere and city view room was good. Enjoyed breakfast with my friends.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

The staff at the Westin were Fantastic very accommodating and friendly. The Housekeeping staff Mr.Deepak was great he would clean our room very well and leave some fresh flower's in our room so the room would smell good everytime we entered it. The Breakfast and in room dining is something You Should Not Miss. Overall stay was Fabulous would come back again.

Everything was amazing

Outdated hotel and very noisy, party yelling until 3-4 am, construction site near, slow busy elevators. Cut my hand in sharp edge of elevator door while trying to hold to enter. Pool is cold In shadow not heated, unusable by adults or kids.

The location of the property is its usp. On the highway making it accessible from the airport. It is also in walkable distance to a mall.

The value for money missing , not the same Westin I used to visit before pandemic. Feelariot Bonvoy takeover made the diffrence

The overall quality of the property was less than what one expects from a Westin - even when compared to other Westin properties in India, let alone elsewhere. The one meal we ate at the hotel (room service breakfast) was badly executed and of rather poor quality. The rooms are insufficiently sound-proofed if you are in one that faces the highway. Worse still, on Saturday night there was a loud party in one of the rooms on our floor that went on till at least 3:30 am at which point I was tired enough from jet-lag and the heat to fall asleep despite the periodic outbursts of loud, cackling laughter that cut through the walls like a hot knife through butter.

The property was good but not a 5star standard. Staff was courteous but level of service was not up to mark. Not much restaurant choices. Also the dinner buffet was very very bad and sub standard . The food quality and taste was not at all good. Better cooks and services required.Breakfast buffet was very very good and staff was excellent in their service levels in the breakfast buffet.

Great property and very helpful & friendly team! Clean & well appointed room. Will definitely visit again!

Property was moderate. There were only 3 elevators. Which was very inconvenient. Also no one followed the 4 person in elevator rules. No hotel personals bothered how many people walked into the elevator. Even after informing them.
