The receptionist was welcoming and friendly enough. The rest rooms and showers are pretty cramped and could do with a bit of renovating. Room was cleanish but had hair silver fish on the floor.
It served its purpose for us. But Luxury is a bit of an overstatement to say the least!

This hotel’s location is super good. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is very good. The young lady who prepares breakfast is friendly.

Not my first, and definitely not my last, stay at Dream Luxury Hostel. The service was very nice, very lovely and personal and the breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast included with the stay was excellent, the food was fresh and there was a lot of variety. The staff I spoke with was really good as well. The bed was quite comfortable.

The place looks newer however the cleaning could be better job like replacing the stained coffe mug, replacing the toilet paper when it almost out and when it runs out. This way guest dont have to move to another toilet with toilet paper. The showers could be better. The receptionist mentioned that all the facilities are cleaned daily however, I noticed theres a bucnh of tiny dirt like hair, clothes tag and small piece of paper that were never pick up during my 4 days and 3 nights stayed there.
Overall its 3-4/5. Again it good place but cleaning could be improve. Thank you!

The only thing that makes me rate this hostel not as a hotel because it has shared bathroom. Other than that, the rooms were clean and nicely organized.

Good location close to city centre. We arrived late and had some trouble checking in, but staff sorted it out, very helpful. Left early in the morning. Rooms was alright, nothing special, but clean. Shared bathroom but close to the room so not much of an issue. Ok place to stay, and cheap when we stayed.

mid range from city center without anything special around. It is a dormitory, thus linen are not provided and the shower was shared.
Breakfast was good and the information provided was good.

Perfect location and very reasonably priced, you would have to pay for the bed sheets (70 Kroner per person) but...rest of it was perfect. Parking is pin but it is typical issue in Europe. Shared bathrooms - wasn't issue at all. In sense we had more than one bathroom to use.

In the description, it said there was a possibility for parking, which was not the case when we arrived. Besides that there were no problems. The rooms were nice, location was nice and the staff very friendly. Would recommend.
One more small thing: Google maps show a wrong location for Cityvandrarhemmet. Be aware.

Rooms stuffy and hot with no way to open window. Checking in was lengthy process even with a reservation. Had to pay for towels and linen. Not advertised this would be needed when booking. Felt room, linen, and towels were a bit pricey for hostel rate. Great location. Rooms sound proof.

Location is convenient, and breakfast was good, but that was about it. It is a hostel and not t hotel, and the biggest issue we had was the fact that on arrival they asked us to pay 75 SEK per person for bed linens and towels. Apparently this is not included in what you pay and they don't bother to mention it anywhere. So what happened basically is that on arrival we had to pay extra and on top of that make our own bed. Bear in mind that we arrived tired and instead of having a relaxing night had to deal with all this. If we had known this in advance, we would have paid 150SEK more and stay in another proper hotel. After complaining for the lack of transparency and extra fees to Hotels.com, they gave us a 15EUR voucher to compensate for the inconvenience, but we would have really preferred not to had our night ruined.

I have stayed here now for nearly three weeks and have received excellent service throughout my stay so much so that my one week stay ended up being Three !!
My single room was like new with a sea view, latest Samsung tv, powerful Wi-Fi all over, very comfortable bed, security excellent with great heavy doors and keyless entry. Excellent breakfasts, Great modern kitchen too if you fancy cooking yourself with fridge freezer, two hobs,ovens etc. Two minute walk to the trains, busses & ferries..
One of the nicest & modern in Helsingborg I will definitely be coming back soon..

If I had known that it is a hostel, then it is indeed a neat and tidy one with nice interiors, clean bathrooms and fine breakfast. Perhaps on the Expedia page in my language it does not say clearly that it is a hostel, so I did not know that I have to bring my own linen and share bathrooms. The reason I chose to pay a slightly higher price to stay here instead of another hostel which also looks nice was simply because I assumed that I could have my own bathroom and linen, given that that other hostel did explicitly mark on its page on Expedia that I would have to share these.
Still good overall, with a good view and a good location.

Really great place to stay in Helsingborg. Great location, friendly, stylish. Peaceful and clean. Fredrik and his team make guests feel very welcome and are happy to kelp. Well equipped kitchen just off lovey for guests to use. Although no frills, it has everything you need and it is all done to a high standard. Bedrooms have a fridge, TV and kettle

May stay was good enough to book a room two times in the hotel. It is recommended to have reasonable price for good rum and service.

Close to all integrated transport systems. Very clean and felt very secure. Has its own parking at extra cost, details of which could be clearer on web site and prebookable.

Arriverat late, at approximant 22:00 hrs. Had booked the hotel just 10 min before. Arriving at the hotel, there where no one there to check-in with, had to make a phone call. The first call resulted in nothing. After a few calls back and forth, we finally received the codes to get in, code to get our key, and finally the room key.
Room and hotel was very clean, seemed quite new. Personnel very friendly in the morning, we got breakfast even though we were there almost an hour before official breakfast time!

The locqtion is walkable to public transit, the old town and adjacent to a lovely small park. The private space is very clean and includes a fridge. The shared space is mostly just a kitchen, so nota place to lounge around. I would definitely stay here again, especially traveling solo or with a small group.

I found the hotel hard to find and a bit far from the station. Also, I didn't realized it was with shared bathroom until I had already made the reservation. It wasn't clear in the description.

I arrived at approx 8 pm.Having e-mailed the hostel beforehand, I got very clear and easy instructions as to how to get in and find my room, and everything worked perfectly.
Breakfast was great,with plenty of variety and was nicely presented.
There was a kitchen for preparing meals and drinks. Crockery, cutlery and pots and pans are all provided.Fridge and TV in room. Hostel within 5 minutes walk of Knutpunkten, where busses,trains and the ferry to Helsingör go from.
